Ht. 5'4, Wt. doesnt matter - Here is a surefire way to lose weight.
Meal 1: 1 serving special K cereal with 1 cup of 2% milk
Meal 2 (snack): 1 slice of whole wheat bread with lean turkey
Meal 3: 1 chicken salad with fat-free dressing
Meal 4 (snack): 1 slice of whole whaet bread with tuna
Meal 5: Lean meat or fish with 2 cups of veggies
include 4-6 fruits and drink 10-12 glasses of water; avoid sweets and fruit juices.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 208 - I wanna know if I was to continue just drinking water only, no soda or juice. Eating smaller portions of food still eating fast food but not alot,no chips and not alot of junk and exercise every other day for 20-25 min could I lose 38 pounds by june 16th.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 140 - omg..i went 2 the store 2day and i wasnt planning on getting bread because wheat bread gets nasty after a while..but i was getting cinnamin rasin bread that my mom asked me 2 get and while i was getting it i found this sarah lee white bread with fiber and only 1g of sugar..and its only 45 cals a slice!...i was so happy..i can have my white bread again!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 134 - I see a lot of you younger guys/gals have this instant desire to lose weight ASAP. The truth is, you can't. Sure the first week is the easiest and you lose a lot of water weight. This is a lifestyle change that you need to make!! It's not just for your sisters wedding, a dance, or for the summer. The only way you can lose the weight successfully and keep it off is good eating and exercise. Our country seems to associate healthy eating with undesireable which is untrue. Cut back on sodium in meals, don't drink soda or juice, cut way back on your junk food, and EXERCISE! If you get your heart rate up for 35 minutes a day, that's enough. Roller blade or ride your bike. For breakfast drink carnation instand breakfast with a banana, for lunch have a great salad with grilled chicken or tuna, for dinner eat sensible. Talk to your parents also! They can really help you out. Your entire family can make a life style change. America is over weight!

Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - hey do you guys think that if i run one night then jump on a trampoline another night for like 30 minutes at least do you think i would lose weight and i would only eat 3 meals a day and thats it thanks for any replies

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 178.4 - oh guys hey so i read a quote in a magazine that said "America is a country designed to make us fat, but are obsessed with being thin!" just a thought an ugg i got my menstration and i forgot so today i had chips, huge mistake my mouth went dry as a fruggin desert and the scale says i gained back like 3 lbs, i think it's just bloating but i still feel really lousy. today was bad but tomorrow starts anew!

Ht. 6.2, Wt. was 305 now 210 - I got wasted last night and ate some, but i only gained 4 pounds ! Ill burn this off in one of my intense workouts, cuz im good like that. Ive gotten to a point where I can burn 5 pounds off completly in a couple days if I really push myself, I think its cuz my muscle overwhelms my fat and melts it, and yes i know some of it is waterweight, but on the scale its all the same.
