Ht. 5ft 8-9 inches, Wt. 168 - Ok, my weight is open to all but just incase I am 5ft 8-9 inches and 168 lbs. I am a 32 waist and male. I want to lose 10 pounds and maybe a lil more to get to the mid to high 150lb region. I weighed 175 lbs 2 weeks ago, but I started my weight loss plan and I am curious what you think. See I used to be a heavy fast food eater, and I am trying to learn how to eat well while not pigging out. My friends invite me to lunch every other day at A&W/KFC, or Jack in the Box. I don't want to be alone at lunch so I go with them. I used to eat like a large frie, a medium shake, a large ass burger. But now I eat a small frie, a water, and a jr burger or two snakers (it is a tiny tiny thing at KFC). For breakfeast I grab an apple and water and that usually fills me up. Ht. 5'3", Wt. 199 - Ok, so this friend of my sisters told me this thing she did to get rid of her stomach, and she said it worked for her, but it seemed a little weird to me. Here goes: She told me that when you sleep, just sleep on your back, cause when you sleep on your stomach, there's alot of pressure on it, so you have to push it harder to breathe. So it kind of made sense to me, I don't think it would make your stomach that much thinner, but a little bit. I just wanted to know if you guys think it sounds like it would work??? And P.S. I am really happy, cause I finally got under 200 pounds, YAY!!!

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 210 - Guys, i know its hard but you dont really have to count calories. Yeah you have to watch what you eat, but if your really serious about losing weight, all you have to do is cut out ALL junk food, and drinks. My brother was overweight, he only drinks water, and eats stuff that are healthy for him. Alot of fruits and veggies, and of course meat, and other stuff. He doesnt eat chips, cake, cookies, candy, not even popcorn! he hasnt had a soda in about a year, and even though hes healthy and at a healthy weight, he still doesnt touch it, beacause he knows its just bad for you! If you dont want to get one of those diseases, or diabetes just stay away from the stuff! also a [tip][[[[Get snacks and such ready before hand. if your going to school, the night before get some snacks, or something like a salad ready. so when you get home, if your hungry you have something healthy too eat, and itll be easier to eat it then give int o cravings :)]]]]]

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - so today this is what i had to eat...breakfast- a bowl of Kix cereal w/ 1% milk. Lunch-100 calorie pack, a strawberry-banana yogurt and a water bottle. Snack-Apple and 3 grapes, 2 sponge cookies [100 calories together] and a water bottle. Dinner- this type of chicken thing [260 calories] a water bottle, and some peas. i am going to go out on my trampoline before it gets dark, and 50 crunches before bed. what else should i add/remove from this or is it good? thanks...much love...~brittney~

I'm Rachael// i have been on this sight randomely but never lost weight even though been dying too. i'm a frosh && its so much fun!lol--- i'd love to have a buddy around my weight, height and age to loose weight. i need to loose weight for my height and i'd love to look good=/. I go to the gym with my bff whenever we get a chance but being in honors classes means loads of hw... i know your saying well she's on the computer now .. but i can't drive so i can't go to the gym now. lol-- also what should i do to tone my tummy.. i think its like around a 38?.. i also where a size 16 in womens!! i know why! my boobs are soo big is that bc i'm fat? weell yeah!

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 210 - How is low-fat-yogurt(100 cal.) with a little fruit (strawberrys[3]+grapes[10?]) for breakfast? Im going to go workout for an hour at the gym (plan on doing it every day). Then after a side salad from mcdonalds with no ranch or croutons. And for dinner..Lean turkey on wheat, with celery?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 155 - I figured something out today that everyone Must relize to lose weight. There is NO easy way of losing weight healthy. It takes the heart, dedication and encouragement to do it....Today i did so well!! I had 1 half a cup of cheerious w/ milk. Then a salad with italin dressing, 1 bottle of water, 1 side fruit salad, and 1 whole can of corn, and a bottle of water. I did cross-country back in fall and i was a really fast runner. But after that i didn't continue when the season was over. And now i am back and from today on i will run everyday. I run about 2 miles// ...i base it on the time...so even though it's a mile....i have to run for atleast 17 minutes. Then i do 100 weight lifts on each arm and crunches sets and then a short 20 minuter pilate video or yoga. Trust me you'll feel so good just from a 20 minute... (view more)
