Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207.5 - are pretzels bad? because at the grocery store i picked a back of baked chips, and some pretezels, and thought the pretzels were better, so i put the baked chips back.

Ht. 1.71m, Wt. 90kg - i just weighed myself and i've lost 3 kg (6.6 lbs)!! YAY ill weigh myself again next sunday and see if i'v lost more (or gained) YAY !!! good luck to ya'll

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 215 - So I keep a diet journal and my daughters dad found it and I told him not to look at it but he did anyway, i'm so embarassed(sp) I didn't want him to see how much I weighed.

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207.5 - ugh im so frustrated ive been working out every single day for a week, except tuesday, and all ive lost is 2.5 lbs. Ive been eating nothing but yogurt, oatmeal, granola bars, lean meat on wheat, fruits, veggies and salad, and ive been drinking nothing but water. Shouldnt i have lost more weight? Of course im ok with 2.5 lbs, i mean its less then 210, at least im going somewhere..but still.

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207.5 - Breakfast-1/2 Mcgriddle, bottle of water. Workout-65 minutes intense cardio, 100 crunches.bottle of water Lunch-very small salad with cucumbers and baby carrots and lemon juice, fruit. bottle of water. Snack(later on) Fruit smoothie with plain yogurt 1/2 banana, and strawberrys. Dinner-lean turkey on wheat bread with mustart and 1/2 pickle. INPUT WOULD BE GREAT! (yeah i know the 1/2 mcgriddle was bad, bad choice :( ) Thanks guys! :)

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - ok so this is what i had to eat so far today...its 1:24pm right now and i had 3 waffles with syrup, and a grande strawberries and creme frappichino from Starbucks. thats all i had today. its pretty cold out today. its only like 40 something degrees, so i will exercise a little after i am done with the frappichino. the frappichino will take a while to burn though =[
