Ht. 5'7, Wt. 203 - come on ya'll we can do this. I love fast food and junk food just like ya'll but I love myself more and I know that I am real depressed being overweight, well was. Ever pound and inch I lose I feel more and more confident. I lost 24 pounds and 2 months and ya'll can do this. Don't try to cut out so much of the foods ya'll love to eat so fast. Like one thing ya'll could do is make a list of all types of food ya'll like. fast food, pasta, soda, etc. Then ever month stop eating one of those things and replace them with something healthy.Like instead of fried chicken eat baked chicken. You can still eat certain foods ever now and then it's just that when u find yourself eating like u used to eat(for those that eat alot of unhealthy food) somethings wrong. Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 202.5 - Well latley i havent been doing my BEST. I did work out every day for at LEAST an hour, and eating right. I hadnt worked out for the last 3 days, and i have had a little fast food here and there, but ive had all water, with VERY little diet soda. Ive went down about 7.5 lbs and ive been doing this for almost 2 weeks. Starting tomorrow, i am NOT going to allow myself to mess up because i know i want to be healthy, i dont want to get diabetes, and i want to feel happy. I know itll feel alot better than a bag of chips will be or something. so i dont think im going to be on this site for a while. thanks guys for all the support =]

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - hey i havent been on in a while. my computer was messed up. and i just got it fixed. well i can say this much. i havent been doing well this week. a lot of personal issues with some people have come up, and all i did was eat because thats the way i thought i could cope with it. i think i might've gained a pound. but i dont weigh myself until sunday. !brittney!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - breakfast- Captain Crunch with 1% milk. Lunch- 100 calorie goldfish, light strawberries&banana yogurt, and a water bottle. after school i had 4 waffles with syrup =[ and thats reallllllllllllllly badddddddddd. =[ Exercise-1 hour walk/jog,50 crunches,15-30 min jog up and down my steps. Dinner- 2 slices of sicilian pizza and a zepolie w/ a water bottle. And i just got news that the boy i like is supposed to be staying at my house for a whole week, and i would feel embarassed to exercise in front of him because he hates it when people say "i'm fat" about themselves. so what should i do? and how bad did i do today?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 275 - I've been getting so discouraged lately about weight loss. It seems like I have no willpower anymore. I think it would be more helpful to lose weight with a buddy. Ht. 5'7, Wt. 145 - you guys should really get DDR. it's so fun! you get a good workout and can even track how many calories you are burnin but you don't notice because its fun. i also do it with my friends alot(but you need two mats for that). good luck ppls!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. erg 195 - i think the pill might bbe making it so that i can't lose weight. i've been working extremely hard this week and have gained .4 lbs. i don't know what to do. i'm not sure if i've been eating too much so i'm going to eat very little today as a measure of if i can lose weight (not starve myslef- like 1200 calories from purely healthy foods). i just don't know what to do- i work my butt off- by the end of my DAILY workout i am literally dripping sweat and my eyes sting because i can't stop it from dripping into my eyes all of the time. i'm burning about 500 calories a day, and i try to eat a lot of fiber and drink tons of water. i guess i have to go back to counting calories for a while and see if it really is the hormones. if it is- i still have 4 more months of it and i'm going to california in about 7 weeks- i had wanted to lose a little. *cry*

I am thinking of losing about 20 pounds I've started working out at a gym but i cant stop eating. it seems like now that i've started wworking out i wanna eat more and my cravings have gotten worse. I keep cheating my diet and i keep telling myself "'ll start back up again tomorrow" and gorge all nite.:( this has been going on all month and i've actually gained 10 pounds!) what should i do! help!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - When I was younger I always used to eat milk and bananas. One day a long time ago my mom and I went to her friends house and I was in the other room and overheard them talking and me and my obsesity of course. I remember hearing her friend say "Why is she so fat?" and blah blah it trailed on..."You know my friend used to have a daughter who was fat and she always ate milk and bananas, does SHE eat that too?" and I was thinking whoa...I always eat that, I love that. But I never knew it wasn't healthy for you! I always thought it was actually good since you know milk is good for youu protein and stronger bones and stuff and bananas well that's a fruit! I never ate milk and bananas from that day on. Sad story, eh? lol I just wanted to know why are milk and bananas so fattening?
I wrote this over...the first time I wrote it, it didn't show up! that never happened before... :( so I'm hoping this one goes through.
