Ht. 5'4'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - So today i had a instant oatmeal made with water and a water bottle. Then i went to church, came home and worked out (50 minutes cardio 200 crunches cause like someone said yesterday my stomach hurt so bad from doing 400 yesterday i could only manage 200 lol) after for lunch i had a sandwhich (on wheat bread no mayo) from subway and one of those little bags of baked chips and water. Im going to take a shower and all that jazz and i leave for church around 530 and i just ate lunch at like 3. so it doesnt make sense to eat dinner...is like 930 too late to eat dinner? please reply. =]

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - Hey guty two really great books to read are French Women Don't Get Fat and The Diet for Teenagers Only. They are both really wonderful, supportive books that teach you a lot about nutrition and having a helathy relationship with food. They don't tell you to starve yourself or workut 4 hours a day they are big mind-setting changers that work! :-)

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 220 - bad weekend (Friends house all weekend)...going shopping soon for spring break and not looking forward to it my sisters takeing me and shes 120 pounds and 5'10 and i hate going into all the stores where a large looks like a extra small it wouldnt even fit half me...ill be happy when im 100 pounds lighter and a medium or small is loose...does any one else just wanna cry when they walk into one of those stores and sees all the happy skinny ppl trying on clothes? i know i do. tips or input THANKS

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - hey guys ok so basically i am HELLA pissed, so i got me period so i only lost 4 pounds this week, when wanted to lose 7, so now i feel like i have to make up for my period weight. so pretty much this week i want to lose 5-7 pounds. to the girls on here what do you guys do to get motivation when you are on your period, cause i know that when i am on mine i don't want to do anything, well get back at me

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 125 - Wow, haven't posted anything in like forever. So about a year ago i lost 30 pounds, and for the past two weeks ive started up on the diet thing. Its not my favorite thing to do but, summer is coming up, and I'll be in Italy. My excersis is basically dancing and thats it, but i do it for about an hour or two oa day. Soda used to be my favorite drink, but water is the only thing i drink now, and i feel like my self esteem has gone up, my skin is clearer, water just makes me feel good. lol, My trouble was before that i would eat cuz i liked something in my mouth, cheweing. So all i do when i get that feeling is chew on gum. Its a great fincation helper lol. Yay so i hope everyone is doing well on their diets i kno i am. 5 pounds in two weeks yay me. lol

Ht. 5ft9, Wt. 198 Goal 150/160 - i just ate a massive lunch and feel horrible, we went out and had a 3 course meal! i couldn;t finish the desert though, but the worst but was the bit i ate, the whipped cream with merange and lemon drizzle sauce oh my god that was dreamy but eww i feel descustin i am NOT having dinner

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G-120-125 - this is what i am going to eat today....for breakfast i had a bowl of Cherrios with 1% milk and 2 pieces of toast with margerine. Then i went outside and racked my backyard and front yard. For lunch i am going to have a light yogurt and a water bottle. and i am not sure of what i am going to have for dinner, maybe a salad, but i dont know yet. exercise for the day would be racking the lawn, picking up the leaves, trampoline, and maybe some jogging if my back and knees dont hurt from the racking. so is this good?

Ht. 53, Wt. 150 - ok tomorrow (monday) starts my spring break and starts my diet, i have been saying im gonna go on a diet for about a year now and ill go on a diet for about a week or so maybe lose a pound or two then gain it all back and stay at 150 for a couple of weeks and do the same thing over and over again, its very frustrating but this is really starting to make me angry so starting tomorrow im gonna need all the help i can get im gonna go back to what i use to do which is graze through out the day well thats for this week when i go back to school ill just eat small amounts and when summer comes around ill go back to what im doing this week... but i use to weigh 118 and now i weigh 150 and each time i say im gonna lose weight i instead gain five pounds, so if you ahve any advice please let me know... also exersize isnt a problem, i work out every day whether its running or just crunches or a full out workout at the gym so yeah if there is any advice on eating ill appreciate it bunches!

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - ugh i feel like CRAP. i did awesome today besides a small thing of candy, and ive been working out every day. but i didnt really eat before iw ent to church at about 6 and i didnt plan on eating when i got home cause i dont eat after 630 but when i got home i ate 2 spoons of plain yogurt with granola on top, 3 handfuls of mini wheats, and 2 servings of pretezels with some water. ughhhhhhhhh :(
