Ht. 5'6", Wt. erg 195 - teresa- i replied to your message but incase you don't go back and check here is a clearer explanation of what i was talking about: okay- first go to the website to see how many calroeis your body burns per day withour exersize. then, ask yourself how many pound would be healthy for you to lose a week? for every pound a week that you want to lose, subtract 500 calories a day(and/or work off 500 calories at the gym. that is how many calories you should be eating to lose weight. example: i want to lose 3 lbs a week (which is good for my weight- but probably n ot healthjy for someone smaller). i burn 2600 calories a day, then i work out around 400calories off at the gym, after that i eat 1500 calories per day to get a 3 pound loss. 2600burned+400burned at gym=3000-1500calories that i ate=1500calories burned more than consumed per day.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. erg 195 - LISTEN- EVERYONE NEEDS TO EAT 1200 CALORIES MINIMUM! in those 1200+++++ calories, you need to get 25grams of fibe(which will clear out your system, keep your heart healthy- and promote weight loss by blocking some of the calories you do eat) and 60+ grams of protien (this is important to keep muscle you already have, build some from the exersize you do. muscles are extrememly improtant in weightloss- they make it so you burn more calories during exersize and evn when you're just laying around just being alive- you need to keep/build as much as healthily possible to bump up your metabolism- you will lose more weight with a high metabolism+ maintaining your weightloss will be a hell of a lot easier). the reason why you do not want to go under 1200 calories is becauser you need those nurtients (and also other ... Ht. 5'6, Wt. 163 - Today I ate, for breaky, a bowl of special K, and a apple sauce(50 cal) For lunch I had a turkey wrap, and grapefruit juice. For dinner I had slimfast. I drank water all day, and danced for a bit. How did I do, also has any1 lost like 13 lbs in a month coz I wanna get to 150 by my bros bday, when I see my crush. I already lost 15 lbs, now i would like to lose another 13 in a month and then another 20 by july 31. Thanks.Any advice?

AL they seem to show in magazines and on TV are super-lean, super-thin, or super muscular and flat women! you hardly ever see gals with a larger bone structor or curvier hips! it's reall hurtung a lotta girls self-esteem, and even more so now cause guys are starting to get the message that girl should ave size 2 waists and evn if a girl is smart and pretty and funny they won't go after her cuase she has alittle bit more flab! sorry but what idiots keep printing these type of articles in ten magazines offer support and then discriminate against their models???
