Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Ok so instead of annoying you guys with what i eat every single day, i thought i would just put up my daily plan, so i could get some input. Every day im going to have a light yogurt with 1/2 granola bar for breakfast. Than i go work out and do 70 on the eliptical and crunches. Lunch is either a Veggie burger/small salad/or sandwich with a fruit and either a sugar free jello cup, a string cheese, or apple sauce. Dinner is the same but instead of fruit, i get my veggies. all water of course. what do you guys think? i plan to do this for a while, so i really need input. thank you thank you!!

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Question-If i burn off 1000 calories or more a day (gym, skateboarding and dancing) is it ok to eat like 1500-1600 calories a day instead of 1200? Will i lose weight this way? beacuse i noticed that my body is alot more hungry now that im being alot more active. all food calories, im still drinking lots and lots of water. please reply. thanks exohexoh

Ht. 5 ft 3, Wt. n/a - Ok today I told myself that there were better things in life than too much food and food cant make me happy it can make me worse. Food is a drug because a drug is something thats addictive.People we need to quit this bad food drug. Ok from now on were gonna do this. No stopping and starting and once we've got it over....wether it takes 5 weeks or 5 years we are going to feel so great. So lets do this!!!! YAAA IM SO EXCITED

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - Hey everyone. I am in big trouble. i feel so bad. Last year I weighted 160lbs and went all the way to 145. some how i last week I made it all the way back to 160lbs. i feel so fat and i feel like i can not do anything.if anyone has any good ideas on how to help me give up junk food and any good work outs please let me know. thanks

Ht. 5ft6, Wt. 75kgs - I'm very angry at soceity at the moment and the way they stigmatize slightly overweight and obese people.I had a chat with my very skinny Mother last night and she said she wouldn't be soo thin if soeity wasn't putting so much pressure on her to look a certain way. And to be honest i wouldn't be trying to loose loads of weight except for the reason to be Happy and healthy but so i can fit in and people will accept me.It really gets on my wick that you have to look a certain way in order to be socially acceptable.I also hate the way if your overweight you are stigmatized. I wish things would change but they won't.So the only thing to do is loose weight ,look good and feel great.

I was so tired i wne tout for pizza but i had a LOT of salad and 3 small pieces of pizza, they were small with only some light cheese and tomato sauce. Did I do REAL bad? Tomorrow I have a sofbtall game anyway, and I think I'm gonna get my PMS!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. S-150 Now-148 G-130 - Yay i have lost 2 lbs!! Idk how long it took me though. But heres my day- Breakfast-Hot Pocket Crossaint Ham and Cheddar,water Lunch-2 Graham crackers and half of a REAL FRUIT JUICE slushy snack-hocolate icecream w. choco sauce and whipped cream (yeah i know horrible!!) dinner-lean pockets pepperonie pizza (really low in cal. and really filling) and water. Thats all for food I prob should have had an apple for a snack instead of chocolate icecream EXERCIZE-30 minutes on trampoline,350 crunches,350 jumping jacks, 100 pushups,and 200 squats I also might see on channel 114 fittv if they have some excercize shows on because those help alot! I worked my butt off today!! well hopefully. Also heres a tip for everyone i did all of my excercize except jumping on the trampoline all while watching tv just do it at the commercials because its better than sitting down on the couch and you fell better you can prob do all of that in about a 1 hour show

I'm so frustrated and really want to get down to 120! That's a number I haven't been literally in years. I can't really talk to my mom about it anymore because she weighs freakin less than me and its so hard. Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - woo just got home from school and not going back until the 19th! yay i love spring break! =] well this is what i had today, breakfast- a bowl of cherrios with 1% milk, lunch- water bottle,100 calorie pack, and 2 somewhat big chocolate chip cookies, dinner- 6 fish sticks and some mashed potatos [not sure yet bc i didnt eat lol], snack- a cup of cherrios, 3 ritz crackers, and thats probably it. do i have to eat more? or should i cut back on some stuff and if i do then what should i not eat and what should i eat instead? thanks so much i love this site! =]
