Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 176.4 - Okay so my day so far was a bit screwd up but i think generally healthy: breakfast: two lowfat Boca soy sausages and a 2 whole grain fat free pancakes from a mix with a drizzle of syrup, cantelope/ lunch: a cup of chicken and rice soup (w/ veggies) and a banana w/ peanut butter/dinner: pasta w/bean,tomatoes,and broccoli/ salad/ and a cupckae (bad i know) input?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 185 ish - Hey, y'all! I'm back! I have been planning to start an eating and exercise plan for such a long time, but I always seem to put it off! "Oh, I'll start Monday." And then I'll eat the chocolate or whatever. I also have a very good exercise thingy, Urban Rebounder, and it works so well when I have time to do it! I have had so much work to do lately, I never have time to use it! I have a play in May where I wear a white dress with a tight top, and I really want to slim down before then. What do I do about my procrastination and busy schedule?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:265/260 G:170 - I've made up my plan for next week since it's SPRING BREAK lol!. Breakfast- Light Yoplait Yogurt, 1 granola bar an apple with a glass of pure orange juice. Lunch- Grilled Cheese on wheat with an apple and water. Dinner- Tyson lean chicken breast, a can of string beans and 1 cup of rice w/ a little gravy with water. Dessert on some days will be a sugar free popsicle or 10 cal jello (none of that yet, we have to go back to the store). My exercises will be 45 minutes of biking on my stationary and like 2 hours after that i'm going to play DDR for 45 minutes, Mon. Wed. & Fri. On Tuesdays and Thurs. I am going to use my Denise Austin workout tape which is 20 minutes and i'm going to play DDR for 45 minutes. This is what I am doing so far for excersize: 100 crunches, 30 minutes on 8.0 incline on treadmill, 100 squats with handweights, and 20 bicep curls on each arm with 16 pound weights. For eating I am cutting back to as little saturated fat as possible so for breakfast I eat fruit and plain oatmeal with a small glass of orange juice. For lunch I eat a homemade fruit salad with raisins, grapes, blueberries, and bananas, and for dinner I will eat some sort of canned veggie, a small glass of milk, and a piece of wheat bread with 2 scrambled egg whites on it. Two Boca soy sausages and a 2 whole grain fat free pancakes from a mix called Up Country Organics, drizzle a little syrup on top and bam! You can even add a bit of fruit if you want! The pancakes only take a minute to make a sure taste a lot better than that frozen crap/

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 176.4 - visting babyphat.com keeps me motviated cause i started a "phat fund" in my bank where i save up this money, and then when i reach my goal of 130 i'm gonna buy myself some awesome clothes! as soon as i get down to 174 (my 10lb loss) i'm gonna buy this phab max sneakers that are like $45! :)

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 151 - Okay so I did really great today. I'm on Jenny Craig and wow, the results are amazing. So far I've learned that you MUST eat at least 1500 calories today if you're under a certain age. TOday I followed the menu. I ate a blueberry muffin and no fat mile with a banana for breakfast. I then ate a anytime bar with not fat yogurt for a snak. Then i had spinach and ceese tortillini for lunch, for a snak after that i had popcorn. For dinner I had spinach and cheese ravioli, and for my last snack I had a cup of strawberries and a 6oz container of yougurt. So guys this IS the secret. You HAVE to eat at least every 3 hours to keep up your metabolism. I promise it really works. I've already lost around 25 pounds and I have only around 25 more to go, so I'm half way there. Just remember to spread out your 1500 calories , eat low fat foods, and eat every 2 to 3 hours.
