Ht. 5'10", Wt. 205 - the weight calculator says i should weigh between 123-180 pounds- i look great at about 190 but would ultimaley like to weigh 175- 180. i just dont understand why the difference of the number is so large- i understand that they have to take other factors into account by how can there be a 57 pound difference?

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Breakfast-oatmeal, water. Workout-70(eliptical) 100 crunches. Lunch-Sandwich on wheat, apple, yogurt. (snack)Bowl of strawberrys, grapes, &melon. Later on i had a little popcorn and a jellocup. (tomorrow i am going to def. cut that out) dinner-cereal &peanut butter on crackers, with water. I feel really bad because my mom was supposed to go take me to get some healthy food..and i dont live with her anymore and ir eally miss her and i never get too see her..and i called and she went to the casino instead. this makes me sad =( input please..

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Hey guys! PLEAAASE INPUT THANK YOU SO MUCH :D! Today for breakfast i had oatmeal, with some ice water. for a snack im going to have a very small apple. then i am going to go workout, and im going to push for an hour and a half today (im a lucky 1 cause i actually look forward to working out..i like enjoy it lol) and then do my 400-500 crunches. have another bottle of water. Come home and eat a sandwich (chicken or lean turkey on wheat bread with mustard and lettuce) for a snack i think ill have applesauce? with water. Then im going over to my friends (who is actually more overweight than me, i influenced her to lose weight :D, so were gonna go walking for about an hour) with some moree water. im not sure what im having for dinner yet. PLEASE INPUT, and ANY IDEAS FOR DINNER?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 143 - I think school is the reason i got fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 at the begining of the school i weighed 128 and i was in the 79 percentile and then once school started some of my habits liek a 1mile jog after school went away i started getting bord because of endless homework so i jion cross country to stay fit.my legs got toned and i looked fit. i wieghed 132 then. then i started eating lunch and b4 christmas i weighed 136. i thought no big deal i could work it off later. well then track came and i was a total mess i was at 138. i could barely do a mile without sweating. I worked really hard in track n hurtles adn i was eating normaly. then recently me and my frends were in the teachers room and shes looks bigger then me and so i thought no biggy im just gonna hop on the teachers scale it was embarrasing i wiegh 143 and she wieghed 137

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 212 - Man I am doing so good but I keep on messing up with fries at lunch they are baked and i didnt have any ketchup so maybe it wasnt so bad. Along with them though i had 2 oranges and in the morning i Had some apple juice and crackers. I only had some fries twice this week but i do exercise everyday and eat very light. I will try to stay away from them for the rest of my diet. But does anyone think that those french fries will mess me up for the whole day ?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 163 - Hi guys, I figured id be like everyone else and post my progress for the day. Anyways its my goal to get down to 150. I was 165 yesterday and by tonight I JUST got back from soccer with sum buddies and ate dinner. So since i just ate i didtn expect much of anything. But hey, i figued id get on the scale and check it out. Well to my suprise im down to around 163 thats 2lbs in 2 days and all I did was eat alot less and didnt have any snacks. Id wish i drunk more because i was dehydraded at the end of the day, but i can fix that. I got pretty sick in the school year and so i kinda was in bed for 4 months and gained 15lbs. It isnt noticible or nothing exept if i take my shirt off. Anyways iv never been really toned or buff and my goal is to be 150 or below by summer. Wish me luck! and hey, if i can loose 2 lbs in 2 days than i can proboly loose at least 4 lbs a week! Good luck evvery one

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - Hey guys. PLEASE READ THIS!!! I think ANNE is really trying to get a good point across. In your diets dont eat certain foods just because they have low calories, but make sure you get everything you need in there to be healthy. Wethere its your protien, fiber, calcium..ect..you dont want to lose weight and then be unhealthy! please look into this, and good luck everyone! ExOh-Teresa
