Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 176.4 - There are some really good things out there if u look for them. I found out about this chocolate called CocoaVia. You have to order it, but it's really worth it! This chocolate is dark and dilicious and it's good for u cause dark choc i loaded w/ antioxidents, and bad fats are very low. Try it! Some have nuts, there are lots of options. Another great substititure for butter is Amrt Balance light, formulated to keep fats down and good cholsetrol in check. And it tastes aweseom!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 205 - Well i'm now down to 205 pounds. So that's 25lbs down, a lot more to go. It took me a little over a month to lose that.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Hey guys, I've been lifting 3 lbs weights...I wanted to buy 4 lb ones but they didn't have it. THese are still very heavy. I do 20 push ups on a medicine ball too. My arms have gotten skinnier but the fat is just like hanging down over my armpits and its disgusting, flubber type of thing. How do I get rid of that??

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 194.6 - well, lost 2lbws this week (went from 196.6 even though i had it that my weight was 195). for the effort that i put in, though- i wish that i had lost more...oh well- i have to figure out how to lose body fat poercentage. my body fat percentage is at 36 and that's high risk- a healthy body fat percentage for my age is about 25- really good is like 22 or 20- but that's like pro athelete good. i am fustrated- i have stayed at 36% bodyfat this week- any one have any specifics on losing bodyfat- i have been doing cardio and trying to build muscle and eating 1200-2000 calories per day- usually in the 1500 range with plenty of protien and fiber. what am i doing wrong?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145 - Today I woke up late so I didn't really eat breakfast. I had a bunch of cookie dough in the late morning (I know very bad!) and then for lunch I had 2 slices of veggie pizza, and then for dinner I had a medium sized thing of chow mein. I went baby-sitting and then came home and had a light boston cream pie yoghurt. I'm also going to have some popcorn. How have I done?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 150 - Hey i was wanting to ask people a really fast way you can loose weight.. cuz like i have lately been running 2 miles to 6 miles a day.. i haven't had pop for a week and 2 or 3 days... and i have been workin out... do you have any good healthy food idea's neone?!?! cuz i am having truble with that cuz my parents keep getting junk food when i tell them not to.. and i want to find things to eat with no junk food.. cuz i want to loose about 25 to 30 pounds by may 18th or something like that!! so please help me!!!!thank you!

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 215 - ugh!...breakfast-oatmeal lunch-nothing dinner-quesadilla and a ceaser burrito(i feel so sick)from taco bell...spring break starts tomorrow and im going w/ my super skinny freinds on vacation kinda nervous about the whole swimsuit in front of ppl thing...hoping i dont get to self concious and decide not to go swimming that would suck.

braekfast- lowfat muffin/banana/ yogurt/ snack- 100 cal goldfish/lunch-helthy choice soup w/lots of veggies and chicken and a pudding i think before practice i'm going to have a light snack of maybe some fruit and another puddin.
