Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:265/260 G:170 - Hey Everyone!!!! I need some advice, I would like to lose 30-40 pounds by June but I feel a little on the hopeless side. I've been doing everything humanly possible to lose this weight and i've only lost close to 20 pounds. I would like to lose up to 40 pounds by June. I eat a bowl of cereal every morning, I have a ham or turkey sandwhich for lunch w/ water. And for dinner I have a lean chicken breast with a can of vegetables, usually string beans and as a drink i have water. I need exercise ideas, since its getting warm now I was thinking of starting my walks, any other exercise ideas from any of you guys that have had success? PLEASE RESPOND!

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - okay so breakfast was a cup of lowfat high fiber cimimon cereal with skim milk and banana, lunch hanm+cheese sandwhich w/ yogurt, and when i came from school i had a lowfot pudding and some stawberries. i think tonight i'm having a garden burger and salad. ps i was hingry at school today so i had a goldfish 100 cal pack, not that bad with 2.5 grams of fat anyway. i couldn't really exercise today cuase my dad was talkin to somebody on the phone and needed the room so i couldn't do my workout tape. well that sux but i don't think i ate too bad today! :0)input?

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - For dinner i ate a really small salad (only ate a little of it =/ ) and some grapes and strawberrys with a bottle of water. i was really full so i put back the popsicle i had because there was no point in eating it if i was full right? i was wondering..thse popsicles only have 30 cal. Is it bad to have one like every other night for desert? thanks ExOh teresa

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - Okay this is my last post today, for dinner I had a garden burger (basically soy meat with veggies mixed into a frozen patty) which was good, then i had 3 veggies and a weight watchers eclair for dessert, which only has 4 grams of fat and was very light. so that's it tomorrow we have softball practice.

Wow I don't know if neone on here remembers me or not but I used to come here all the time ages ago and lately I've just been coming back and glancing at peoples comments and I really wanna get back on track. My highest weight was around 190 and my lowest was bout 155. Today I weighed in at 165 which isn't too bad but I wanna get back down to my low and make it lower. My first goal is to get off these 10 lbs for prom which is on the 29th, which won't be too hard but my main goal is to be about 135-140 when I go to Cali when school gets out (Hot bikini Bod! LoL!) But yea I just wanted to say thanks for everyone who helped me thru it the first time and here we go again! I'll be back all the time now and I really hope to meet new people too! *muahz*

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - Oh and if you guys like sandwhiches a great substitute for mayo is this thing called Lemonaise. It's brilliant! And it tastes really good!! I like Lemonaise Lemon w/ Garlic (i think that's what it is) it only has 3.5 grams of fat and 35 calories per tablespoon!!! It works great w/ delimeats and cheese in a roll.

Ht. short.., Wt. don't wanna kno... - Ughh okay I have a slim fast bar for breakfast a late breakfast too haha I had a yogurt for lunch an like 5 I kinda screwed up an had a small peice of pizza that was in the fridge an for dinner I had two chicken wings they weren't small but they weren't that big either. I was rideing around an teaching my neice how to ride her bike in the mornin for about an hour an then in the afternoon I did it again for another hourish an then I just got back from a walk to the park which took forever wit the lil kidz an now ima walk my sisters...so how did I do today besidez the pizza grrrr

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - I have a question. You lose wieght by burning more calories than you consume. So i burn about 500-600 on a regulary day at the gym. Does that mean i should eat less than 500 calories a day? Please reply.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 182 - again use to come on here as clifford.....anyways it is now springbreak and I havent been eating that badly and i have gone outside lately and just walked to the courts and shot some hoops just so i dont get rusty for next basketball season.....I hope to loose some weight this week and i think I will Im not all that fat or anything and if i keep walkin to the courts everyday I will be able to loose the weight that I want to loose..... Ive had about 2 litters of water today. For dinner im going to have some skinless chicken. I did 45 min. on the elip. and 250 crucnes. INPUT PLEASE :D
