Ht. 5'5'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - Today i only consumed about 500 calories, and i burned 500 calories at the gym. so afer dinner i ate one of those really small kid size bag of hot cheetoes and some popcorn and half a diet dr pepper, cause i wanted to make sure i got some calories in. is this ok?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. erg 195 - i was so determined to work out at least an hour or more today, but i started out and did 30 extremely sweaty minutes on the cross-trainer workign my legs and arms, then i did 100 crunches, 50 bicycle crunches, 1 minute in the plank position, 2 minute doing a wall squat, stretching, and then i got back on the cross trainer set it for 20 more mnutes but when my minidisc player started freaking out i just bolted out of there. i swear it's freaking haunted and i was there all alone. i know i'm being seriously paranoid but electronic things do some funny crap in there-such as the fan just decides what speed it's going at and... i do n't know but it's `creepy as hell. i still push myself through my fear to wrok out there, though- because even though the big gym is freaking amazing it's also filled with freaking amazing looking people that make me feel really selfconscious. argh. the dilema of it all. i shoudl clean my room before my roomie gets back for cali today...that might burn a few extra calories...

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 215 - I lost 5 pounds since last monday!for breakfast i had special k cereal and 1% milk lunch-nothing(forgot it at home)snack-salad dinner-broccoli and cheese...excercise- half hour on trampoline and ran/walked a half mile-i know its not alot but i dont feel good.i think for the first time im gonna stick to my diet and lose the weight.input tips ne thing reply please! Ht. 5'5, Wt. 143 - Okay. Today for my exersize i did 1 1/2 hours of biking and walked 5 miles in 45 minutes (i have a track right across the street from my house). Is this good for everyday exerisizing, or should I do more?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 149 - yay i lost a pound! ok well anyways 24 to go.. today i woke up and had some oatmeal then i went to the gym and swam twenty laps and did a lot of reps on the machines for all different muscles then i came home and ate one of those yogurt smoothies with 70 cals in and a banana then i went to rugby practice for two hours and did a lot of running and then i came home and had another one of those smoothies and a banana but then i messed up i had a piece of cake it was too big and then some fudge which i just feel really bad about so before work im gonna burn 200 cals on the eliptical or just do dance dance revolution for a while....

I haven't excercised (like really excercised) for like three months. I don't have Aerobics class anymore because our scheduales changed in school and now at home I'm just not motivated enough to do any type of exercise and I'm just doing schoolwork mostly. I don't want to be 210 againnnnnnnnn.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G-120-125 - we are starting the Physical Fitness Test in school this week. and continuing after spring break. so i am going to be getting a lot of exericse =]...especailly when we do the Pacers which is when we run back and forth, and every minute or 30 seconds our speed increases. so it goes from a light jog, to a sprint. its really fun.
