Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - how do guys think i did: breakfast- 3/4 cup of weight control oatmeal, fat free yogurt, banana lunch' tuna kit a bay of soy chips w/ only 2g of fat, and a sugar free pudding after school snack- 1/2 cup of strawberrie w/ skim milk/ and i had 3 small cookies (i know i know)

Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - Hey Everyone, I was reading an old Womans World magazine, and it was talking about NEGATIVE CALORIES. It says that there is no such thing. Its just made up so people can try to find easier ways to lose weight. It may not sound to convincing now. But if you could've read that article, you would not believe it anymore either. I think the article is true, cause now people are coming up with some bizarre diet techniques and fad diets etc.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 174 goal:150 - Well i went to weight watchers and i gained 2 pounds ( thtas not TOO bad for eating cake and pizza all weekend :-P)But yea im kidna discouraged i dunno why but i just feel like a complete failure, its been 6 months and ive only managed to lose 15 pounds...i feel gross.My weight oss has plataued and ive been in the same place for about 2 and a half months now and at this point i just feel like giving up !! I dont know how to get off this plataeu , any suggestions?...

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 220 - TGIF..ok so today breakfast-mini wheats lunch-some pretzels and half a brownie(i know its bad but i was so hungry)snack-hot dog no bun and mustard dinner-probly going out somewhere..today was bad beacause my friends were talking about a girl who was like 115 pounds and saying how fat she was and stuff(she is not fat at all)...it made me think of what my friends or other people say about me behind my back.ppl dont know how hard it is to be overweight...I'm loseing motivation ive been working out for 5 days 2 hours a day and havent lost ne thing...and my doctor said i need to lose weight because i might have a silent heart attack because of my type 2 diabetes :-( i hate being fat! (sorry so long of an entry)

Ht. 5'11, Wt. 200lbs - today... ugg... i dont know i ate in moderation but not healthy... well i started out healthy, i had an apple for breakfast, and orange for a snack, then i had 1/2 slice of pizza, a small bag of salt and vinager chips, milf, for a snack when i got home i had a poptarts to go thing, a bowl of popcorn, and for dinner i had a quarter pounder meal at mcdonalds but i only ate half of it, and split a king size hershey bar between me and my three friends.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 170 - Today i ate really bad i had penut butter crackers for breakfast, 4 slices of cheese pizza for lunch, and a 10 piece chicken nugget and a large fry for supper. I did really bad. I just felt like eating all that crap and i had been doing so well up until last night and today. Do you think i will gain the 4 pounds i lost back?

Ever pound and inch I lose I feel more and more confident. I lost 24 pounds and 2 months and ya'll can do this. Don't try to cut out so much of the foods ya'll love to eat so fast. Like one thing ya'll could do is make a list of all types of food ya'll like. fast food, pasta, soda, etc. Then ever month stop eating one of those things and replace them with something healthy.Like instead of fried chicken eat baked chicken. You can still eat certain foods ever now and then it's just that when u find yourself eating like u used to eat(for those that eat alot of unhealthy food) somethings wrong. Thats the first thing I did. Then stop eating late at night. A good time to stop eating is at 7pm. The rest is pretty simple. All the type of diets ya'll tried or read about pick the ones u think u would mostly be able to do, then put ur on plan together by putting them together with your on twist. This is just a suggestion, but the proof is my weight loss so its possible. Altogether I have lost 42 pounds we can do this, the summer is coming ya'll!!!!!!!!!!!!! (view less)

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 202.5 - Well latley i havent been doing my BEST. I did work out every day for at LEAST an hour, and eating right. I hadnt worked out for the last 3 days, and i have had a little fast food here and there, but ive had all water, with VERY little diet soda. Ive went down about 7.5 lbs and ive been doing this for almost 2 weeks. Starting tomorrow, i am NOT going to allow myself to mess up because i know i want to be healthy, i dont want to get diabetes, and i want to feel happy. I know itll feel alot better than a bag of chips will be or something. so i dont think im going to be on this site for a while. thanks guys for all the support =]
