Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201.5 - I am having such a hard time with getting my booty around to exercising and staying away from the bad food! I would like to go for an hour walk every day, and not eating fried crap or burgers or sweets, but I just can't motivate myself! I am getting really depressed about it, what do I do???

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 170 - ok today i had a turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread with some pretzels and then a breaded chicken breast patty on wheat bread and an apple. how do u think i did b/c i feel like i did really bad b/c of the chicken patty but the box said it only had 180 calories. My parents and all of my friends are completely fit, I am the total outcast compared to them. I wanted to change my image. In the beginning I had tried to starve myself, and I can tell you now, THAT WILL NOT WORK, all it will do is KILL your motabolism and you will get NO WHERE. *TIPS* 1. Eat only what is necessary, you need an AVERAGE breakfast (i.e. Banana, ONE bowl of cereal, apple, etc.) 2. Avoid eating after 7:00 P.M. 3. Look around your school, see the people there, but dont get discouraged, BE INSPIRED to be like them! 4. Never EVER give up! YOU WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT! 5. Check your weight every morning, not night. 6. Find alternatives to eating! When you get hungry after a meal, go outside instead! You may think you're hungry, but you are probably just wanting to taste something good. Try bubble gum, and drink water! I believe that you too can have success in losing weight! I have dropped from an XL shirt to a large, and TWO inches off my waist IN ONE MONTH after I /TRULY, REALLY/ believed I could do it! YOU CAN DO THE SAME! :D (view less)

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207.5 - Well today was really bad. I had 2 special k bars, 2 granola bars, rasianettes, taco bell, diet coke, water, a plum, a mango, and the rest was all water. i also had some of those really mini rice cakse snack things. i didnt do anything today, this is not my day, if your a girl you know what i mean, but im gonna go workout tomorrow and the rest of the week and not let myself have another day off. good luck to you all!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - i so didnt do good today, i was all good until i got home from school. i had 3 waffles w/ syrup, and 1 taco. and i havent even had dinner yet. i ate the waffles because my stomcah was growling so much, even the people in my class heard it, and it was 8th period and thats last, so i ate that, but idk what made me eat the taco. now i am going to go outside and exercise because its really nice out today, almost 60 degrees. lol.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 165 - How do you think I ate today???? I had a bowl of Special K Red Berries for breaks with 1% milk, slimfast for lunch, Another bowl of Special K red Berries for a snack lol. For dinner I had 1 small thin crust home made pizza, no meat, just a lil cheese and green peppers, I also had some baby carrots with that. All I drank today was water. Good or Bad? I know the pizza wasn't the best thing, but I have been doing really good, and havent had stuff like that in a really long time, so it was a treat. lol. I lost 13lbs so far! plz reply tho.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - how do i think i did today so far: for breakfast i had 2 small gramn crackers w/almond butter and banana, yogurt lunch was a tuna kit cause i wasn't that hungry my after school snack was an apple and a pudding and now i'm goin to do my 30min exercise tape plus for my morning snack i had a small bag of lofat cookies i think they weere only 3g thanks! :0)
