Ht. 6'0, Wt. 220 - ok second day on this new thing... breakfast-a bowl of kellogs mini wheats,and coffee lunch-nothing...Flavored water snack-a mandarin orange dinner-a chicken salad and flavored water exercise-1 mile jog,jumped on the trampoline for a half hour and did 200 crunches. i still need some tips please reply! Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 204 - YESSSSS!!! Im finally off my . and i felt alot thinner, even though well i was on it, i ate pizza, and hot cheetoes, now tht im off i went down to 204. So thats 6lbs so far! For breakfast im going to have a banana at around 10, then go and workout at 1130 (75 minutes intense cardio, 100 crunches) and get home around 1 and eat a sandwhich with some fruit. FOr dinner im going to have a salad, with lemon juice. what do you think? :) plz reply.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145 - I think I'm eating too much because whenever anyone else posts what they eat it's like less than me always. For breakfast I had apple cinnamon oatmeal and a light berry yoghurt; for lunch I had a peice of white toast w/ reduced fat peanut butter, 5 carrots, and a v8. Are these 2 meals healty?? I'm going to have fruit for a snack and I don't know what for dinner yet. Please give feedback.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. doesnt matter - For any boys that are on here, what is the circumfeernce of your thigh, mine is a monstrous (for a boy anyway) 17.5 inches. Why are my thighs getting so fat, that should only be for girls!

Ht. 1.71m (5"54), Wt. 90kg (203lbs) - heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. so wat iv had to eat today sooooo far is Breakfast- bowl of special K forest berries Lunch-chicken and salad wrap and a fruit salad and for a afternoon sanck i had 3 ryvetas with butter and vegemite....and exercise so far is i walked home but im gunna go on the treadmill later soooooooo wat do ya'll think ?????

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 210 - So i've lost 20 pounds in less than a month (like I said before) i've been slacking on the exercise because I won't exercise infront of anyone but my daughter, and lately my daughters dad has been coming around because she has the chicken pox. I need to pick up the pace on April 1st. My bestfriend is supposed to start a diet with me. She weighs 256lbs, the weird thing is..I would switch my body with hers anyday! She seems like she has all the "fat" in the right places lol..Mine is in my stomache! Ugh. All i've had so far today is an apple and half of a banana, i'm not sure if i'll eat anything else tonight. I'm really not hungry, at all. BREAKFAST: rice crispies; LUNCH: veggie hoagie w/ lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, and mustard and a carton of 1% milk; SNACK: light yoghurt and 4 slices of watermelon; DINNER: a large portion of mashed potatoes with I can't beleive it's not butter, broccoli and cheese, a peice of toast with jam, and a cup of 2% milk. About how many calories do you think I ate???? Is this healthy or not healthy???? FEEDBACK PUHLEAAAAAAASEEEEE! =)
