Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207 - Wow. This sucks. I have been doing really good this past week, doing at least an hour of intense cardio workout at the gym every day, eating nothing but fruits, veggies, yogurt, water, and lean meat. But today i ate pizza. My dad came home and asked if i wanted it, so i ate about 4 peices. (2 were rly small) But yeah i feel really bad, i dont want to put back on my 3 lbs. So I guess im going to work out twice as hard tomorrow. Do you guys think itll screw up my diet?? Please Reply :)

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 158 - Hi guys, I'm trying to lose weight but I don't know what to do. I've been trying since January 1st, but I gained 12 pounds. I know that ur supposed to gain muscle, but I didn't. Anybody have any tips? I'm tryin out for volleyball and I'm signing up for rec. softball this weekend. Does anybody have any good cardio workouts or good ideas for lunches to bring to school?

IVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR AN HOUR EVERY DAY, INTENSE CARDIO, DRINKING ALL WATER, AND EATING REALLY HEALTHY AND I WENT DOWN FROM 210 TO ABOUT 186.5!! I JUST CHECK MY WEIGHT RIGHT NOW WITH ALL MY CLOTHES ON AND ITS THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, OMG IM SO HAPPY!!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT GUYS!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - breakfast: special K fruit and yogurt cereal with 1% milk. Lunch:100 calorie pack.water bottle. light strawberry banana yogurt Dinner: one 103/4 ounce can of Campbells tomato soup since i cant have meat today, and a water bottle. Snack: banana,5 grapes, small brownie, and small piece of pound cake and a water bottle.i know i did bad on the snacks. Exercise: 10 minutes of light jog up and down 7 steps before and after dinner, 50 crunches,15 push ups. So how bad did i do today? and be honest so i can do better tomorrow. thanks 3

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177.4? - i was just wondering, my scale says that I went back up to 178.4, but i have been doin a lot of toning lately and have gained muscels in my arms and legs. could this be the reason i appear to be gaining weight? or is it just flab? thanks!:)

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177.4? - Oh and I found this seriously awesome brownie mix called NO Pudge that is fat free, and all you have to do is mix it with fat free or light or whatever you use yogurt and chill! they taste really great and come in lots of flavors! the No Pudge brand also make very tasty ice creams, though they might be a little more hard to find! :)

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. S 210. C 205.5 G 185 - Breakfast-Oatmeal &rice cake. 70 minute cardio workout at the gym. Snack-granola bar. Lunch-fruit and light yogurt. For dinner i think im going to have lean turkey on wheat with a 10 calorie sugar free jello cup and carrot sticks. About 4 bottles of water today. INPUT? thanks much :)
