Ht. 5'7, Wt. was:238 now:229 - hi everyone! well for the past week i've lost a total of 6 pounds...i'm on a so called 'crash diet' and i've been running 2 miles every other day, and then cardio and karate classes every monday wendnesday, and saturday. I'm currently training for my blackbelt and this is why i'm exercising so much. I usually dont go over 1,000 calories a day. but yesterday i had only 170 calories, i told my boyfriend and he said that was ridiculous and unhealthy..but i dont get it! i'm so happy i'm losing weight...but i dont want to eat more. and i keep thinking to myself...if i keep eating more, then it will take longer for me to shed pounds...i dunno i think i picking up really bad eating habits

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 158 - To me I have always looked fat I know this isnt good self esteem but I still think Im fat people are always saying your not fat but when I dont like what I see in the mirror and Im uncomfortable about by body than I feel like its time for a change, last summer I excercised alot and lost 15 pounds by the end of the summer but t shocked me because I worked out so hard and only lost a little bit of weight and I knew why I didn't lose as much as I should have its because of the FOOD!! !I don't know what it is but I just cant beat my cravings Im so weak so now this the last time of me saying " Your gonna lose more weight" because I really want to and its time for me to be more responsible and stop giving into my cravings if anyone has anytype of help that they can give me please reply thanks :)!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 155 - Okay well i ran 10 minutes on the tredmill speed 6.2...but i'm gonna increase the time by a minute each day...plus i did crunches and weights, and later i will dance....plus i ate really well!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - Hey everyone! I decided I wasn't going to weigh myself for a month because I was so disappointed last time I did.. I dropped a pant size but only lost 3 pounds, which is normal but whatever. I am generally on a low carb diet, but I'm not on aktins. Today I ate 1 scrambled egg for breakfast. Lunch, 2 small meatballs and a small side salad with low cal/no carb golden ceasar dressing. Dinner, well I didn't really eat much but I had grilled eggplant with mozarella cheese on it... OMG it was sooo good!!! Please don't make comments on not eating enough, because that is more than I usually do! I work out on my exercise bike for 15-20 mins and I try to do my pilates tape twice a week atleast. I've been on my diet for about 3 weeks now.

Ht. ??, Wt. 211 - my name is amber i'm 13 years old i weigh 211 lb,i use to weigh 129lb but,i eat so much i just get bigger.my size i wear is 15-15 sometimes 17-19.my goal is to weigh between 120-140lb i try and try and tryto lose weight but ,its so hard i need help to reach my goal and i hope i can get it and make it come true.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - okay i did bad today...for breakfast i had a bowl of Kix with 1% milk. for lunch i had a yogurt, a water bottle, and a 100 calorie pack. when i got home from school i had pizza bites, and that was about 300 calories and had like 6 oreos, then i had tomato soup for dinner, and now i feel totally full and guilty. i need help...thanks ♥

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 178 - oh and guys just so u know atkin's diet is by defenition a STARVATION diet becuase it restricts you to **LOW** and **UNHEALTHY** calorie measures. if ur thinkin about writing back a nasty response post to it there are other reasons it is bad for you:
too much protein and lots of fat are allowed, even bad fats like staurated and trans fats, that clog up you arteries, two you are not allowed to eat fruits cause they have "too much sugar" or stuff like carrots becuase of their "high carbs". it is all rubbish so don't put yourself at risk love yourself and peace out!!! :-)

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 210 - howw does this sound? For Breakfast i ate a SMALL bowl of cheerios with hardly any milk &2 strawberrys. then i worked out for an hour at the gym (burned 530 calories). Then i ate a salad, with ranch and croutons. For dinner im going to have lean turkey on wheat with some celery. CRITISCM?
