Okay well it took me three weeks, loosing at the healthy rate of about 2.5 pounds per week. What I did was fairly simple. I just cut out a few things like soda and switched to baked chips and stuff and drank water. It helped if I wrote down everything that I ate so I could balance meals out; if I had a treat for lunch, like then I could add a salad for dinner. You really don't miss the extra food after a few days. I also did the Weight Watcher's DVD Get In Shape becuase it's only 30min and has 3 levels of intensity with a variation of fun exercise in each level. You start at light intensity and then in a few weeks you could increase to moderate and high. (i love moderate) A big key was giving up the soda my face used to be covered with acne and now it is tremendously clearer. Don't forget to get lowfat calciums becuase it actually helps you burn fat, and Weight Watcher's desserts truly are THE BEST! hope i helped good luck! ^_^

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 178.4 - hey guys I found out that you gain more weight from 1oz of dairy like butter than from 1 oz of carbs, like bread. so next time u are at a resturant instead of ordering an apitizer or a heavy cream soup eat a few piece of bread! you'll do better (and feel less guilty) in the long run! oh and HAPPY ST. PATTY"S DAY! anbody Irish?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:268 G:170 - I need a great deal of help, what types of inside cardio exercises have you guys used and had success with, I was susposed to be ordering a tredmill but that has been postponed so if anyone knows any good cardio I can do inside for exercise, please reply

Ht. 5ft8, Wt. 242 - today i had for breakfast wheat toast with jelly(about 120 cals).. for lunch i had a peanut butter n jelly sandwhich with a fruit cup and 3 curly fries plus a bottle of water (300 cals).. for supper i had a lean cuisine (260 cals) and for snack i had fruit for (180 cals)plus i burnt 400 cals on DDR.. and im bout to burn like 400 more!.. i ate a lot today but i was soo hungry.. plus i had a lot a lot of water when i got home from school.. plz comment back

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 179 - Yo guys just a tip you DON"T have to give up treats on your diet! Weight Watchers makes some really good cakes, sundaes, elclairs, ice cream and desserts, all for 5 grams of fat or LESS! whoppee they are so good i love em! ^-^

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - whewwww. i got one more day of testing this week and then it is all over until Finals in june, so happy, i've been so stressed about not doing good on them, even after all this happening, i lost another pound, i know i could've lost more, but i was always eating while i was studying, and then forgot to exercise because i would fall asleep, and thats not good either. lol hope everyone is doing well! =]

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 135 - i've been reading the bulitan board lately and its all about u planing to starve your selves to lose weight. i cant stop any of u but before u do let me tell u my story. i was anorexic and bulimic for 2 year and am still fighting the battle. i started because i thought i was overweight and got teased about it. for two years i survived on 3 calcium chews that equaled 60 calories. when i drank water i would puke it up, when i had a slipup with food i would puke it up. when i started i weighed 165 lbs and when i got put in the hospital i weighed 95 pounds and i am almost 5'9". i had to count my steps to make sure i could walk somewhere because i didnt have enough energy i could hardly take a shower without passing out. well this is my story read it and think about it before you decide to play with fire. to this...
