Don't wanna kno... - Today I ate a peanut butter an honey sandwhich I EAT AT LIKE 10:45 AT SCHOOL DON'T BUG ME BOUT NOT EATIN BREAKFAST!! anyway I ran the mile in PE today tomorrow iz my last day I got 12:50 that's 30 seconds less than last time but I still skipped out the last lap I walked an jogged....I dunno whats for dinner yet so yeah..

Ht. 5ft4, Wt. 235 - HI MY NAME IS STEPHANIE I'VE BEEN OVER WEIGHT NOW FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS AND I'VE TRIED ALL KINDS OF DIETS AND THEY DONT WORK .I'VE BEEN GAINING MORE WEIGHT I WAS 200LBS ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND NOW IM 235 LBS . THATS ALOT, AND I DONT LIKE THE WAY I LOOK . WHEN I WAS ABOUT 13 I ONLY WEIGHED 127LBS . IM NOT USED TO GAINING WEIGHT LIKE THIS. THIS FAT MAKES ME LOOK UGLY.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159.5 G:125 - another way to burn a lot of calories...do the cotten eyed joe, does anybody know that dance?, i learned it when iwas like 9,its a fun way to dance off a lot of calories, you're like jumping, and turning, its really fun. it doesnt take long to learn the steps either since all you do it repeat the stpes until the song ends, just listen to the song, called Cotten Eyed Joe, and when you listen to the song, just learn the dance, its really fun.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 210 - i keep gaining weight. im so unhappy with myself. i play softball, and this summer i'll for sure be slower. i can't stop eating && i know myself enough to know i won't just get up in the morning and exersise. i really need help. i've been overweight for so long now and i'm sick of it.. i won't stop gaining weight/ i'm so unhealthy. somone please tell me what to do.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159.5 G:125 - im getting stressed out, because on thursday and friday, i have to take the new york state math assessment, and we have been going over it in school, but i cant remember everything from march of last year until now, any body have any ideas that will keep my mind off it, i cant stop thinking about it. which also means that i am eating a little more everyday because i have a tendency to eat when i can figure things out. please help.

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 274 - ok so I was getting ready to start my oh so awesome diet and gym membership when some health problems came up.Until they find out whats wrong with me im not allowed to exercise or eat many things that were on my diet..It totally sucks and its really depressing me..Im also not allowed to chew gum either and thats what keeps me from snacking.Grrrrrrr argh!!!!!oh this is just a rant to let some anger out..theres no absolute need of any replies!!! goodluck to everyone!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 169 - Hi, I weighed myself a couple houre before dinner and I weighed 169. Then I weighed myself after dinner. I weighed 171 How come???? Ht. 5"6, Wt. 170 - I'm finally 13(march4) and two weeks ago i tried out for the volleyball team and i made it, and it's highly unusally for an overweight person to make the team but I'm glad I did yeah.But does anyone have any good tips on dieting?
