Ht. 5*9, Wt. *** - um, i had some questions reguarding Curves-so Curves is a gym type of workout place, where you go 3x a week, and exercise for a half an hour. there is a machine to work all areas. abs, glutes(butt), theighs, legs, arms, shoulders ect. its so fun and such a good workout cuz its not like straining or nothin. its sorta expensive at first, but then its cheap. you get this Curves book that teaches you things. i learned that cutting calories, and increasing your protein, makes you lose the most weight with curves. its super fun! and its all women. its like strength training too.

Ht. 6.2, Wt. was 305 now 215 - How do you think i did today. One instanst breakfast with skim milk + added whey protein for breakfast. Worked out and came home and ate some salmon and a whey protein shake.

For breaky I had slimfast, for a snack I had a bowl of special K, For lunch I had slimfast, for a snack i had low-fat yogurt.For dinner I had a organic wrap,with sum turkey deli meat and a lil bit of cheese, with carrots and grapes.. I drank a fair amount of water... I went for a half hour walk, did 30 mins on the exercise bike, and did weights for 15 mins... How do you think I did???PLZ REPLY!!!!!!!!!!! thx

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 138 - i eat really healthy and exercise for at least an hour everyday but i'm not seeing any results. how long will it be until i start seeing noticeable results? and is it possible to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks? please respond i need answers. thanks!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 230 - Today I had 1 yogurt, a small amount of corn, and 2 sandwitches (sp) (sandwitch = potatoe bread, ham, and cheese) how do you think i did? OH and (I don't know if we can say this, sorry) I had sex =/ and that burns calories..i'll do atleast 100 situps tonight.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 179 - Oh btw another tip: avoid most school lunches. A lot are fattening and have gotten a bad rep for taste besides. Even if they do taste good, open your eyes. Are there many healthy choices, beside the fruit bowl? If not, you might see that you're saving money and regret by packing ur own! :-)
