Ht. 5'7", Wt. 243 - omg today was seriously non-stop. my mom is selling her van; so I cleaned out her van, got the garbage out, vaccummed it out, cleaned the dashboard and all that stuff off, washed the windows, did laundry, checked the mail, then wrote "For Sale" on the van. tomorrow i will prolly be cleaning house beings inspection is coming up. and i know y'all r prolly thinking "now y can ur mom do a this herself?" and the answer to that is - she broke her shoulder recently and cant do much on her own, but she is doing better with it than i thought she would have. i have to go. talk to y'all later!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 - this is what i had to eat today, i had a bagel with jelly on it for breakfast, a yogurt, a water bottle, less then half of a semi-big choholate chip cookie, and 2 grahm crakers for lunch, and 6 fish sticks[220 calories?] for dinner since i cant eat meat today because of Lent. i just went on a 30 minute jog around my neighborhood, mopped my kitchen floor, vaccumed, and cleaned by room, i did 20 situps just a minute ago, and i am going to do 20 more before i go in the shower since i will like smell from all this exercise =] LOL, did i do good for a day? because i still feel like i am eating to much. but it might just be my mind. please write back =] <3

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 153 - hey everyone.....im taylor and 153 pounds. I am about 5'4 and feel horrible about myself. It seems like ive tried everything to loose weight. i cant seem to stick to any diet. I eat huge portions and cant control my sweet cravings....i give in every time! Can someone help me and give me any advice possible?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - to Melinda the devil: well I didn't really have the biggest appetite this week because I wasn't feeling well. But all I did basically was ate a little bit less of things I regularly ate the whole thing. Like instead of the whole soft pretzel, I had ate all but like one peice. & when my family got all this fattening food, I just got a potato burger (basically just a hasbrown with vegetables on a bun) and ate like 3/4ths of it and I still lost weight! Gosh, those are good. Normally I would have ate the whole thing, plus fries and a milkshake. But instead I ate 3/4ths of it and has some salad. Over this week I realized more that food isn't everything and it's not worth eating really fattening foods!

Ht. 5'5ish, Wt. n/a - i need some tips to lose weight because like i get depressed really easly and then i eat NONSTOP soo normally when i get in a bad situation i normally end up calling my BEST guy friends who are ALWAYS there for me... that normally helps... but normally whenever i watch t.v. i go cruches.. and whenever i have time i go outside and shoot baskets but nothing is comming off! i really wanna get into shape by summer soo i would be able to go outside in a cute swimsuiet and not have to cover anything up... i also just started track... but nothing helps there either... soo if you have any advise I AM OPEN TO ANYTHINGG
