Ht. 5ft 6 inch, Wt. 140 pounds - Well I dont need help in really losing weight in my body because i am at a healthy range weight cause i lost 3 stone yay me!!! anyways i was just wondering does anyone know how i could lose weight in my face because when i lost 3 stone the fat went from my body but i didnt lose it in my face. could anyone help me?? fank u  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 148 - Krista, eating in moderation ISNT a diet..its a life style.. There is a HUGE difference..and I promise you..I wont gain the weight back because now I know waht to eat and when to eat.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 185ish - REPOST: Hey, y'all! I'm back! I have been planning to start an eating and exercise plan for such a long time, but I always seem to put it off! "Oh, I'll start Monday." And then I'll eat the chocolate or whatever. I also have a very good exercise thingy, Urban Rebounder, and it works so well when I have time to do it! I have had so much work to do lately, I never have time to use it! I have a play in May where I wear a white dress with a tight top, and I really want to slim down before then. What do I do about my procrastination and busy schedule?

Ht. 5"5, Wt. 152 - Okay... well... I feel pretty bad that I've gained weight but I guess it's my body's way of sending me a wake up call, so to say. :-p It's time for me to get back into the ruitine of walking to and from school. Last year I was at my lowest weight (of 130 lbs), and all I did was eat right and walked to and from school every school day. The walk takes about 45 minutes each way, but for today I will also be going to the gym for an hour. Hopefully in turn for all this work I'll be doing I'll be getting some results. Oh, I've also decided to start posting more on this site. I usually tend to just read what others post because of my severe anxiety (grr), but I think it would help a lot if I would actually post once in awhile. Anywho, goodluck to everyone. :)

Ht. 5 ft 3, Wt. n/a - Christine......if you want people to sympathise with you and your oh so common situation you need to have empathy. 'no vegitarian weighs 145 pounds' is what you said. Gosh how would you know Im sure loadsa veggies weigh 145. Also how can you assume eating every 3 hours will make you fat. If you eat in moderation then its totaly fine youl only get fat if you eat loads. Anyways how would you know you havent tried. Stop asking people to be all sympathetic to your 'ohh my dad is always asking me to lose weight' because with your attitude no ones gonna listen. My mum and dad are constantly at me too but I dont have to be mean to other people because they dont 'understand my situation'. If you want people to listen maybe you should explain your situation and change your attitude on here for good or just leave because we are here to support each other.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 176.4 - Oh and this is my meal plan so far today: Breakfast-lowfat muffin, yogurt, and 1/4 of a banana /snack-100cal goldfish/lunch- a pit pocket with a liottle bit of a meat, pudding/ afterschool snack( starviing) so I had a yogurt and cantelope. input? oh and teresa are u on?

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 148 - Blah, I feel guilty. Today I was supposed to spend 2 hours in the gym but I fell asleep because of this allergy medicine I've been taking. Well, the gyms already closed, but does anyone have any good low impact cardio ideas because I'm still feeling kinda sick.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 - ok i have like 7 pounds i want to lose and i dont have a clue how to do it i luv to eat wat can i say.. umm and i disagree with the weight calculater it says i am at risk of being over weight but i think i am fat even though my friends think i am a size 3 ... and they think i look good .. i dont belive them

I'm sure that a doctor in nutrition( the people at jenny craig) would know much more than an immature stupid 14 year old like yourself. (no offense of course to other 14 year olds, its just that this christine girl is really immature.) And by eating every 3 hours, I've already dropped 2 more pounds since yesterday thankyou very much.

The good kinds of fats are found in things like nuts and are called polysaturated and monsaturated fats. they give u haelthy and shiny hair and smooth skin.The bad fats that clog up your atries are trans fats and saturated fats. That's why, like for example peanut butter is high is fat, but most of it is good fat! A;ways check nutrition labels. :)
