Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I keep berating myself thinking that had I started dieting at the beginning of the school year, I would not have gained all that weight and I could have met my overall goal. I also keep reminding myself that its too late to change the past, so just focus on the future, and i AM dieting, but this is my least favorite part of the year. During the winter I can just hide my weight behind bulky sweatshirts, but now its too hot and none of my clothes fit. I am trying desperatly to lose the weight I gained this year (about 20 pounds) by the end of the school year at the end of June.

Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 160 - im trying to lose 20 lbs! but i never seem to be able to lose weight! i play soccer and im on the swim team...but i just cant lose weight! i dont know what im doing wrong! i do crunches and sit ups and stuff...but i dunno...im also trying to eat better! but nothing works! any suggestions or tips?

Ht. 150, Wt. 5'1 - I weighed myself for the week today and this week i lost 1.2 pounds =) im soo happy.. i hope all of u do well.. I havnt eatten at all today but i hope to eat healthy all day!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 202 - Today I made some diet french toast for breakfast (1 slice of bread, 1/2 an egg, cinnamon, & a little splenda/ 110 calories) Then for lunch I had some soup w/ a bunch of veggies in it (350 calories) and for a snack I had a little fruit with a little whipped cream (60 calories). For dinner, my mom is baking some chicken and making mashed potatoes & gravy, and I am also gonna make some broccoli for myself (I don't know exactly how many calories it is, but I figured around 350 calories). I also went for a walk, which was about 25 minutes, then I did some streching, 20 push ups, 20 leg lifts, and 40 side bends(20 on each side) and that took about 10 minutes, so it totals about 35 minutes. Also I have something I am going to tonight, and there's always some ice cream there, so I might have a scoop of vanilla. How did I do today?????????

Ht. 5'7, Wt. s:185 c:154 g:150 - I'm doing ok today...heres how i did. I know my lunch is kinda screwed up, but its because today is my let yourself go a little day. Breakfast: Small bowl of organic rice checks and soy milk. Lunch:Tuna on wheat bread and a bosco stick *its a breadstick with mozz cheese inside*. Snack: Non-fat plain yogurt and granola and a pumpkin bar *organic and has flaxseed oil in it*. Dinner: A couple of bites of chicken salad, and a tiny bit of potato salad. Howd i do? Remember i don't normally eat like this, and i had lots of water today. Thanks!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 208 - Ya'll I feel like giving up. Look see Like last week I got down to 200lbs from 245lbs,but last weekend I just went off eating everything. Now I weigh 208lbs. I keep trying to tell myself just to not give up and keep going but it is so damn hard to lose weight. If any body understands what I'm going through please hit me up alright.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 192 - this site used to be so much better when people would follow the rules. this is no longer a safe haven for me to retreat to for tips and encouragement. instead it's full of healthy people trying to lose weight for looks instead of working on their health. obviously, people cannot respect others in their quest for health(health, not beauty) and bother to read the rules before they post. this saddens me, but at least i know i can lose weight on my own. i hope others will be able to as well, even through all of this crap. if this site is just going to make me stressed out, than i am out. i do not want to be surrounded by normal people who want to look stick-thin, or by people who are obviously losing weight the wrong way no matter how many times i warn them against it for their own health. bye. maybe i'll post my success story when i get to a healthy weight.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - well today, for breakfast i had a bowl of captain crunch with 1% milk, then i had to babysit this 7 year old and all she did was eat [and she is overweight], so about an hour after breakfast i had a weight watchers ice cream with her, then for lunch we had peanut butter sandwiches and chocolate chip cookies, and some water bottles, then we went on an hour walk and i had to carry her on my back and she is like 80 pounds and 4'2" so it was pretty hard on my back. then i had to chase her around my house. up and down stairs because she was taking all my stuff and hiding it. so i got a work out there too. for dinner i am having 2 un-breaded chicken cutlets, and peas and carrots. so how do you guys think i did today? in my opinion, i dont think i got enough good calories. but what do you guyss think?
