Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - I didnt do so great today..i was going through a family death. its hard. today i had a bowl of special k and an apple..then it hit. i had baked hot cheetos, a kiwi, a granola bar, about 3 bites of scrambled egg. for lunch i had a 200 calorie can of clam chowder. i didnt have any bad drinks..but yeah. i know i did terrible. good luck you guys.

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - I like this guy. alot. and i already know he wont like me if im not skinny (hes not shallow) but i mean wouldnt you rather have someone skinnier? Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - I've been eating a lott of Spinach lately. Good/bad? is it too heavy? I know it's healthy but is there anything bad about it also? and I love V8 Splash (vegetable-fruit juice) but it has 70 calories. How many calories are normal for a drink?

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 175 - so breakfast was: a bowl of highfiber lowfat cereal with a banana, then i went to take a 40 min walk with my dad. i just came back and now i'm having a weight watchers frozen meal for lunch shrimp marina it had just 1.5 grams of fat, 180 cal and shrimp for protein, also some mushrooms i think. i haven't had any snacks today casue i ate brekfast kinda late. softball game from 3pm-4:30 later.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 - HI ummm well i just realized how hard it was 4 me when i weighed 172 .. i lost a good portion of fat and now i feel better about my body .. i still need to loose weight but its a pretty good start. :) what i did was swim, walk, and dance. :)
