Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 - HI everyone last night i roller skated for 4 hours! i knoe crazy hu but when i got home i got on the scale i lost 4 pounds! roller skating is much easier than running and way more fun! try it! and if you say i have bad ankles all that is is an ecuse soo do it and look at the results!

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 140 - hey i'm new here. i have a hard time not eating junk food. everyday when i get home i pig out. i want to lose some weight and get in shape. i do exersize. i'm i 5 different dance classes. if i don't lose some weight my mom's gonna take me out of dance. i don't know how to eat a sensable meal. and i need to know how to avoid all the food that i eat when i get home. i have stretch marks of my sides and i want to get rid of them.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 201 - Hey you guys. 1 more pounds and i've lost 30lbs. Last week I was up at the community center I used to work at and there was this huge out of city dance class practicing up there for about an hour and a half..anyway..there was this really big girl there, she was one of the dancers and she got through the whole thing! I was so surprised because that stuff looked really hard. That motivated me though, i'm like wow if she can do something like that with no breaks then I need to get off my butt and start exercising some more.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 190 - hey everyone well i started my diet today.
morning i had a protein shake 1 cup, at school i had a gernola bar (2), and like 2 cheese its and 2 pieces of candy then when i came home i had another protein shake (1 cup) and sum salmon...and yeah thats all i plan on eating today the shakes really fill me up and im gonna do my 2 mile exerise tape later on tonight...but so far how does it sound?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175 - Ok well this summer i am going to keep working out only i will have more time to devote to becoming fit. I was thinking jogging 2-3 times a week and going to the gym 3-4 times a week , along with bein on the weight watchers CORe plan. How much weight do yall think i will lose doing this ? My summer vacation starts on May 25th and Ends on August 14 so about two and half months.SO how much weight should i lose within this period of time ?? JW post back if u think u know...
