Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - well today, for breakfast i had a bowl of captain crunch with 1% milk, then i had to babysit this 7 year old and all she did was eat [and she is overweight], so about an hour after breakfast i had a weight watchers ice cream with her, then for lunch we had peanut butter sandwiches and chocolate chip cookies, and some water bottles, then we went on an hour walk and i had to carry her on my back and she is like 80 pounds and 4'2" so it was pretty hard on my back. then i had to chase her around my house. up and down stairs because she was taking all my stuff and hiding it. so i got a work out there too. for dinner i am having 2 un-breaded chicken cutlets, and peas and carrots. so how do you guys think i did today? in my opinion, i dont think i got enough good calories. but what do you guyss think?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - I am POed at the fact that people come on thinking that they're gonna be funny by posting mean stuff about people being fat or overweight.We are overweight not diseased. Gosh. Ne way I am sooooooo overweight and have even thought about going anorexic.I have been going to the gym but struggle with emotional overeating.HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - OMG WILL EVERYONE JUST PLEASE STOP FIGHTING???? I am tired of coming on here and seeing posts about racism and name calling and blah blah blah. If you want something like that go into a chatroom. this messageboard is for teens who are trying to motivate eachother to loose weight and be healthier. JUST DROP IT! IF you think some one is racist, thats fine, but that doesnt mean you have to go ranting on and on about it for days.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - I did some exercise on the medine ball (exercise big ball) I put it against the wall and put my back against it and lifted 3 lb weights and when I woke up this morning, my back was in painnnnnnnnnnn. It hurts like hell right now everytime I get up to walk and stuff. DId I do a back exercise? because honeslty I dunno what I did...it just looked interesting to do it up against the wall. lol but now my back hurtsss.

Ht. 5ft9, Wt. 198 Goal 150/160 - hey havent been on for weeks NOTE:the age change it was my birthday yesterday and i binged, but most of the stuff was healthy(ish) and i got too full to have too much cake :)

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 162.5 - today so far I ate... for breaky a bowl of special K vanilla almond and for lunch slimfast and fruit. So far how do u think I did? for dinner I will either have a tuna wrap and veggies or slimfast and a salad. Thanks! Oh and I lost 16lbs so far!

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Whoa ive been doing SO BAD. Ill to soo good until like 5. I excersize like 2 hours a day, and i feel great, then i eat a whole lot (good stuff like fruit, and granola bars) but WAY MORE than i should. Im determined to not let that happen again!! FOr breaky-bowl of special K red berries. For lunch ill either have another bowl, or ill have a sandwich. then for din.-veggie chicken burger and 1/2 can of veggies. for snacks im DETERMINED to stick to strictly all fruit, no more than 2 snacks. All water, does anyone have any tips as how to stop eating so much later on in the day? thanks, much!!!!

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 176.4 - to teresa repost about pilates from yesterday: no, it's done like yoga only MUCH more calorie burning. it sounds pathetic but it REALLY WORKS! check out www.kathysmith.com and u can check out her video or take a class. also go to www.prevention.com and buy the belly, but, and thighs workout that's what i did it's comin this week, we can do it together and help manage our progress!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Does anyone know how to make the appearance of stretch marks go away? Because I am losing weight again, but even though its scorchingly hot out I don't like wearing sleevless shirts because the stretch marks on my arms are so prominent.
