Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 151 - Okay so I did really great today. I'm on Jenny Craig and wow, the results are amazing. So far I've learned that you MUST eat at least 1500 calories today if you're under a certain age. TOday I followed the menu. I ate a blueberry muffin and no fat mile with a banana for breakfast. I then ate a anytime bar with not fat yogurt for a snak. Then i had spinach and ceese tortillini for lunch, for a snak after that i had popcorn. For dinner I had spinach and cheese ravioli, and for my last snack I had a cup of strawberries and a 6oz container of yougurt. So guys this IS the secret. You HAVE to eat at least every 3 hours to keep up your metabolism. I promise it really works. I've already lost around 25 pounds and I have only around 25 more to go, so I'm half way there. Just remember to spread out your 1500 calories , eat low fat foods, and eat every 2 to 3 hours.

Ht. 5'10.5", Wt. 200 - hey guys- i upped my exercise just a little bit since i began to plateau on the weight loss for a while and in the i weighed myself this morning and i weighed 200- i started at 220- so i lost a total of 20 pounds- the best part was i didnt tell anyone - not even me family that i was dieting and the last couple days everyone has been telling me i lool really good- !!!!!

April 4th: 196.6- ate 1669 calories, 86g protien, and 35g fiber. i worked 500 calories off at the gym. plenty of water. April 5th: (195.2lbs) i ate 2000 calories, 69g protien, 23g fiber. i worked 400 calories off at the gym.plenty of water. Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I am more than 30 pounds overweight and my goal is to be toned enough to play tennis next spring. This is what I am doing so far for excersize: 100 crunches, 30 minutes on 8.0 incline on treadmill, 100 squats with handweights, and 20 bicep curls on each arm with 16 pound weights. For eating I am cutting back to as little saturated fat as possible so for breakfast I eat fruit and plain oatmeal with a small glass of orange juice. For lunch I eat a homemade fruit salad with raisins, grapes, blueberries, and bananas, and for dinner I will eat some sort of canned veggie, a small glass of milk, and a piece of wheat bread with 2 scrambled egg whites on it. On occasion, when we remember to buy it, I will eat sushi for dinner with rice and seaweed...and fresh fish. YUM! Anywho, I have been doing this for about a week now and I have had a few days where I was weak and ate a cookie...or two, but I am dedicated to do this and the food is good enough that I think I can continue. Does anyone else have any ideas?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 182 - ok today has been a great day for eating i had one microwave breakfast sandwich then went to take the ACT and then got home round 130 and had 2 brat/hotdog things and thats all ive eaten so far today and my moms friend is coming over and were goin to have these good enchilada things and I am hoping to get my lazy butt up and go out and play some hoops and what not so ya no well good luck everyone....
