Ht. 5'4", Wt. before: 137 now: 149 - hey i just got bac frm spring break in florida on like on tuesday and i left march 29 n got bac the 12th of april so i was there for 2 weeks. ive never had like a nice body but ive never been like "fat" just kinda softer around my stomach and kinda like at risk of beccoming overwight or w.e. while i was there i just wore like shorts n a t-shirt n i wore bathing suits all day but i didnt care if anyone thouhgt i was fat cuz alotta ppl are kinda bigger and they still wer bikinis like i did. i didnt realize it but i ate out every day except for breakfast, ate the whole 14 hours there (not including where we stoped at fast food places for lunch n dinner) and snacked pretty much the whole day. and im on the track team so i usually run everyday n that keeps me frm getting big. but i didnt run or... Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - blah. i did good with breakfast. i went to the movies with my dad and brother, and scared some nachos with my dad (really only dey tortilla chip thingies and cheese nothing else.) then for lunch i had grilled cheese (wheat bread and 2% fat free cheese) with 1/2 can of veggies and an apple with peanut butter..blah. bad yes. bad day. gotta go now. input?

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 187-190ish - to give me more motivation I put on a pair of these pants my sister gave me like two weekz ago they almost can button up I put them on to see how bad they were an I got on the exercise machine and did one mile but that was also wit includin what I did earlier...I had a yogurt for lunch I'm goin to have a peanut butter an honey sandwhich for lunch an w/e my parents make for dinner....I'm also goin to go back on the exercise machine later an do a work out DVD thingy....

Ht. 57, Wt. 217 - mkay. SO YEAH. i definitely need to lose 67 pounds by my cusions wedding which is in september. I reallie want to lose it to be healthy and to impress this reallie cute guy that i go snowmobiling with. hes going to go to my high school but i just want him to like me back. OKay well there's also a 3rd reason why i want to lose weight. Mostley to feel better about my self. i've been picked on almost ALL my life and it reallie hurts when people can you names. like i had to QUIT my middle school's basketball team just becuase i got picked on so BADLEY!! and i almost quited cheerleading which i made and the girls that didn't make it they would totally say things about me and just be reallie mean. so, im just realiie getting sick of this?? Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 175 - okay so i didn't have any snacks this mornin cuase i had to go with mom to the hairdresser and it ran long. so when i went hom my lunch was a cup of pasta in light omtato sauce, broccoli, beans, and a touch of cheeese. i also had a yogurt and 1/4 of a banana. now i'm gonna do 30 min of my belly butt and thighs worjout dvd! :)
