Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - So starting today..heres my plan: Monday-60 min. workout at the gym. Tuesday-Dancing/crunches/situps. Wednesday-60 min workout at the gym. Thursday-Dancing/crunches/situps. Friday-60 min workout at the gym. Saturday-60 min workout at the gym. Sunday-nothing. Let me explain it now..Tuesday and Thursday my dad works until 6, so he cant take me..and the gym is pretty far. Sunday i have church, so its hard to go in between. For meals: 2 eggwhites on wheat bread, Oatmeal, Special K, or fruit bowl for breakfast. For lunch: Veggie burger, sandwich, Salad with veggies. Dinner- Grilled cheese (2 slices of wheat bread, 2% cheese), Veggie burger, Salad, Sandwich.. Snacks:Fruit and veggies. And all water. I have great willpower. i think i can do this, im going to push for 30 lbs gone by august. Something really important is coming up that month, and i need to do this! Please tell me if you see something i should add or take out in my diet. THANK YOU SOO MUCH! XOXO

Ht. 5"5, Wt. 146 - I'm actually surprised. Yesterday I "induldged" and almost couldn't help myself, but I managed to get by, and today I weighed myself and I didn't gain a pound. :- ) I was so relieved to see that... Eeeee! :- D

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 195 - i learned that if listening to a male or female artist that u think is cute or something if u listen to there music as u work out u can kinda workout harder cuz u dont want them to see u looking like that i have been doing that for a lil while and i lose 4 pounds already

Ht. 5"7, Wt. 254 - today i upped my workout alot listen to wat i did 35 mins on the cybek arc trainer and burned around 600 cals 10 min on the elliptical 150 cals another on cybek arc trainer 30 minutes 465 cal and 15 minutes on the elliptical and burned 235 i did alot i hurt lol

Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Well guys, today's eating plan didn't go too well. I did manage to get in 4 bottles of water already, and that equals 8 glasses, I think. I believe my main problem is breakfast. I either don't eat any or not a lot, and I then I feel hungry later on. Today, I just had a banana. For lunch, I had a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and macaroni salad. For supper, I had 2 soft tacos. Then I ended up having a snacker. All of that was from KFC. Yuck. Nothing more for me today. Hopefully, since school begins tomorrow, after break, I'll be able to get back on track. Plus, all of the running up and down steps I do at school would have to do some good as well. :) Anyways, I'm still keeping a positive outlook.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 203 - I am wanting to lose about 10 pounds by my graduation, which is may 20th, because my dad's family is coming up, and they are super judgmental about weight, they like to flaunt everything the got, and one of those things is thin bodies :(. So here's what my plan is: fruit for breakfast, soup or sandwich for lunch with veggies, fruit or veggies as a snack, then whatever my mom cooks for supper, just a little serving of everything. For exercise I am planning on going for a 25 minute walk every day but Sunday, and after walking doing some streching and crunches and push ups for 10 more minutes. My family is also probably going there around Thanksgiving,so do you think with this plan I can lose 10 pounds by may 20th, and 65 by Thanksgiving time??? Thanks

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 175 - okay well today i had a muffin (lowfat) a yogurt, and a pear for breakfast. my lunch was a cup of pasat w/veggies, another yogurt, and a banana w/ peanut butter. i have to make up for yesterday!
