Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Last night I wrote down my weight loss goals. I'd like to lose 15 lbs by mid-May, and then I'd like to lose the rest of it, 10 more pounds by July. I marked those important milestones on a calendar. I think all of that sounds pretty reasonable; my only problem is my diet. With the exercise, I think the walking 2 miles per day is pretty good, and plus, we will be working up to longer distances as time goes on. I'd like for my mom to invest in some of those Lean Cuisines, Healthy choice meals, etc., but she's already been buying them for herself, and they are pretty expensive. I can't keep eating what she brings home or cooks though, like the fast food for tonight. I think if the whole fast food thing ever happens again, I'll only eat half of it. Ht. 5, Wt. 169 - I was wondering if anyone has the lose 24lbs in 21 days diet? I noticed someone said they had it on a very very old post. Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - This is what i plan for today. I am writing it down, so i can see and go by it throughout my day, cause ive been binging and adding food at the end of my day. please reply, and tell me if i should change anything. THANKS! :D. Breaky-Light yogurt, small peice of cantalope. Lunch- small salad with lemon juice and sandwich. Snack-[5]strawberys and another peice of cantalope. Dinner-Veggie Burger and celery with a little bit of peanut butter. all water. im going to walk to my moms, thats about a 30-40 minutes walk both ways? Since i am up really early im also going to stretch and do some crunches/situps/dancing. please let me know if i should change something beforehand! thanks!!!! :D GOOD LUCK x3

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Ok so my plan kinda shifted today..i went with my mom cause i dont live with her. we had mcdonalds. but i had a chicken wrap and side salad [200 cals]. the rest of my day was good..break; special k, cantalope. snack;apple w/peanut butter. lunch;fat free hotdog on wheat w/3 strawberrys and carrot sticks. i had 3 water bottles. i ate the wrap and salad like 3 hours after lunch..so im gonna let this be my dinner and just have a small snack before i go to church. right now im gonna dance for an hour and do crunches. good or not?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Here's how my day went: oatmeal for breakfast and some juice. Lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat bread, jello cup, and 4 breadsticks out of those cheese and breadstick things..(I didn't use any cheese with them, and plus there were 8 in all, but I decided to just eat half..) Dinner: Lean Gourmet meal; it was a five cheese lasagna one & banana Snack: banana Exercise: 2 mile walk w/ Mom Anyways, that's all for today; I think it was a pretty good day for me; it's been a lot better than yesterday. Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - okay for dinner i had 1 slice of homemade whole wheat pizza (light cheese and tomato sauce), salad, and spinach. i also had some watermeon. i overdid the carbs a bi today, but i still think i did pretty good. :)

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 162.5 - Okay, so how am I doing so far today? For breaky I had a bowl of Special K red berries. For a snack I had a little tub of yogurt. I think it's like 120 cal. I havent had lunch yet, but I soon will. Also... I went on a 45 min walk. I went to the weightroom for about 25 mins. So so far is my day going good? All I drank was water by the way.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 187-190ish G :90ish. - I ate threee slim fast bars today one for breakfast two after school and a yogurt after school and I ate two chops they were small that's why two an I didn't do much exercise I did 10 or so mins on an exercise machine which burned 50 somethin cals.. how did I do?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - Today I think I did pretty good besides my afterschool snack. For breakfast I had two medium pieces of ham, two scrambled eggs and toast with light margerine spread. no lunch, snack was two reeses big cups and for dinner one small piece of meatloaf, a little potatos and alot of green peas...when I came hope I played DDR and burned about 200 cals to burn off those peanut butter cups and after dinner i'm gonna play till I burn like 600-700 for the whole day...how did I do? I know it may not be good :(
