Ht. 5'9, Wt. 245 - So I've been doing really well as far as my eating goes, but I can't seem to find the motivation to exersize. I have a treadmill...but I get really bored after about fifteen minutes, even listening to music. Anyone have some ideas as to what I can do that will get me moving without boring me to death? Thanks.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - I just did my morning exercise, I burned 250 cals on DDR, dont remember how long it took lol. I had a really bad breakfast, not even worth mentioning, probably 600-700 cals all together, very bad. so for the rest of the day, only fruit and my fruit cups, for lunch i'm having a tuna sandwhich on wheat, no mayo just this low fat sandwhich spread i use and for dinner the same thing. Sat. and Sundays my family always makes bad breakfasts. I wanna lose 30 pounds by the end of June so I am going to start having just plain cereal for breakfast 7 days a week. later on i'm going to workout on DDR again to burn 200 more cals then at the end of the day I wanna burn 500-600 more, how does this sound? BTW my fruits will come from apples, oranges and my pre-packaged 70 cal peach cups and i'm drinking water like a fish lol, INPUT?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - tomorrow i am going to be so much better! and everyday after that too! i am sick of not fitting into my clothes, sick of guys not noticing me. sick of not being healthy. i am SO SERIOUSLY DETERMINED to do this, this time! i want to lose 40 pounds by september. i plan on eating about 1300 calories a day, and lose 2 pounds a week. ive tried to do this since february but all i did was eat. not this time. by next sunday, i plan to be 2 pounds lighter. i messed up my whole day today and this is why i am so mad and so determined to do it starting tomorrow. a new beautiful healthy me...here i come!

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 200-and something - ugh!...does ne one no of a scale that is really reliable? ok so breakfast nothing(got up at 12) lunch-chicken salad snack-banana dinner-idk yet...so im not to sure about my current weight because my scale sucks and gives me like 5 different weights.excercise-hour of pilates...j/w is ne one on here a diabetic?...how did i do? Ht. 5,5", Wt. 220 - OK tell me how i did... lol... Today I was determined!!! to be healthy! So this morning I started my 20 minutes of cardio followed by atleast 8 minutes of strength training (sit ups) for breakfast I had otmeal and water... I drank 4 juice glasses of water then for lunch I had a tuna sandwich and lemonade... and some more water... now i am full... hows that

Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Hey guys! I did the weekly weigh-in this morning, and it looks as if I'm just about 10 away from my goal! I think I might have lost a couple of pounds during the week. I've lost some weight, but I just don't know where... I thought one of my shirts felt a bit looser the other day, and maybe my face is a bit thinner, but I can't see a big change. I'm actually 10 pounds away from my highest weight ever. Anyways, today is usually our shopping day, and I know that we'll be stopping through a drive-thru to eat somewhere. I hate those salads, so I thought about getting a hamburger and possibly a 4 piece McNugget at McDonald's. Together that would be 430 calories,

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - sorry haven't been on here in a few days, well today for breakfast i had:lowfat higfiber muffin, pudding/snack:pack of 100 cal pringles/lunch:veggie burger and pickle and diet can of soda (kill me i have soda 3 times a month! Ht. 5'3, Wt. 150 - Hi so ok, I heard that crunches are better then situps if you want your stomach to go in... Is this TRUE? because crunches only go like half way up as to where situps go all the way up pushing your stomach inwards...I dunt kno.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I'm really mad at myself. I was in an uber hurry so I forgot to eat breakfast and pack a lunch. And because we finished state testing today we had a pizza party. All I ate today was a slice of sausage pizza (there goes my veggie diet) and 2 small cookies. Not the end of the world I know, and I can probably work it off later on the treadmill, but I feel guilty. I guess life goes on....

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - THIS IS TO MY POST A FEW PAGES BACK...I TOTALY MESSED IT UP!!!. i said i ran a mile in 4 mins and 25 seconds.....DUDE thats like impossible for me! my bad! i didnt even notice! I didnt check that post until just a minute ago! i MENT i ran in 5 MINS and 25 seconds NOT 4:25!!!!!, and i think you are right lara, i dont think it was a whole mile, my gym teacher said it was, but she was probably wrong or maybe she said it was about a mile. i feel so stupid! i was reading the replys and wondering why they all said wow 4 minutes and 25 seconds is fast, then i realized i put the wrong time. SOOOOOOOOO i just wanted to let everyone know that my post defitnetly was MESSED UP. but hey 5:25 is a good time to run ALMOST a mile...for me. sorry for the confusion!

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. (=]) - im really happy. we have no oatmeal or milk or anything so for breakfast, i got out a leftover peice of pizza and a glass of dr pepper. but then i poured out the dr pepper and put the pizza back and got some fruit instead :D
