Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160? G-120 - so today i for breakfast i had a bowl of cherrios with 1% milk. lunch i had a smuckers uncrustables pp&j sandwich and a yogurt [310 cals all together]. i went out and got whole wheat bread. so Dinner is going to be a bologna and cheese sandwich on whole wheat and a water bottle. Snack. was 2 oatmeal cookies [150] and a sugar cookie [70] exercise is a 45 minute walk with my mom. and i did the pacer test in gym today. so how did i do today?

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. (=]) - Okay so this is today. PLEASE INPUT..ive been doing really bad. Breakfast-Bowl of Special K cereal with 2% (not very much milk though). Snack1-5 strawberrys. Lunch-turkey on wheat bread and mustard and dannon light n' fit yogurt. Snack2-peanut butter on peice of wheat bread. Dinner-Veggie Burger with veggies. ALL WATER. EXCERSIZE-1 hour walk and excersize tape. Please tell me how i did, what to add or take out..thanks!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 190 - back to school means start workout i have 7 weeks to lose as much as i can! i woke up 10 minutes early i did 100 jumping jacks, 100 with a jump rope, and 100 cunches....im gonna do 100 of each when i get back from school PLUS an hour of speed walkin on the treadmill...sound any good? i really needa workout plan so ANYONE! that got results quickly please helpa girl out,,,,

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - I NEED A BIT OF INPUT HERE GUYS! Since my last post got no input lol. Tommorow I am wiping this bad weekend of food clean. BREAKFAST-Honey Nut Cherrios with 2 percent milk. LUNCH-Ham & Cheese Sandwhich on wheat w/ a granola bar and water. DINNER- W/E my dad makes in a really small portion OR baked skinless chicken breast, can of string beans and 1 cup of minute rice. Water all day, two snacks (fruit cups or whole fruit). As for exercise, Riding my stationary bike for 30 minutes and playing DDR until I burn 500-600 cals...the time always varies lol. INPUT...PLEASE!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Ugh. I treated myself with a meal this week because I had been following a vegetarian/organic diet for the whole week. I allow myself to eat something normal so I don't go crazy. Its not like I binge. I ate a homemade cheeseburger for dinner. I still worked out, I still ate healthy foods for breakfast and lunch. It keeps me sane. Its what keeps me from binging after I meet my goal weight like I did before.

Lunch- a smuchers uncrustable pp&j sandwich and a light yogurt [310 cals all together] and a water bottle. After school snack is going to be 2 oatmeal cookies [150 calories together]and a glass of 1% milk. dinner i am having a bologna and cheese sandwich on white bread [140 cals per slice of bread since i am out of whole wheat] . Exercise will be 45 minute walk after dinner. and running from the Pacer test in gym in the morning. [A LOT of running lol] i added it up and it comes out to be ABOUT 1,317 calories for everything.. So what should i add or sunbract from this to make it healthy because it doesnt seem healthy to me, and i dont know what to do, ANY HELP? please! i want to make sure i am eating healthy =] thanks so much. good luck to everyone!
