Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - If it's really hot, people say that if someone wears black that tend to sweat a lot because black radiates heat or something...so if I wear black clothes and it's 80 degrees...I'll be sweating a lot and sweating is good so will I be melting off fat or something? lol I dunno, just wondering.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Breakfast: oatmeal, juice Lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat bread, jello cup, 2 crackers with cheese. It was a 4 pack, but I went for 2. Dinner: roast beef and chedder sandwich & 5 piece nugget. That was pretty lousy, but that was what Mom had brought home, so I really had no choice with that. I don't think I'm going to eat anymore this evening; it depends on if I'm feeling famished after my walk...hehe. Another bad one, no water yet today, but besides the juice, I've had diet pop.

Ht. 5'4.5'', Wt. 147 - I barely got in 3 hours of really good cardio this week, and i so messed up eating right..but Im gonna try to get back on track agian today...Just alotta things have been goin on but okay ..I woke up around 730..i had breakfast *strawberry bar with 1 cup no fat mile, and for midmorning snack i had a protein power bar and a cup of light syrup peaches with 2 glasses of water* I go back in for my weigh in at 2 oclock with my jenny craig consultant..but i know I've most likey gained so im kinda scared...but anyways.good luck everyone else

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. goal1:190 - so this is my excersize plan. MONDAY-90 min at the gym. TUESDAY-60-90 min walk. WEDNESDAY-REST (Have too meet my teacher and i have church that day so its hard to get excersize in) THURSDAY-60-90 min walk. FRIDAY-90 min at the gym. SATURDAY-90 min at the gym. SUNDAY-REST (church all day). Im home schooled, theres this park real close by, i think im going to ask my dad to buy me a basketball :] so what do you guys think. FEEDBACK PLZ :D

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - okay today my food was: breakfast: 1 muffin (2g of fat and fiber!) and a yogurt/ snack:banana/lunch:mom's light garlic pasta, water/snack:pudding and 1 gram cracker/i didn't have dinner yet but i also did softball pracitce( about 1 hr) so how did i do? :)

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 187-190ish G :90ish. - Wellz.... I had 4 small peices of pizza I know I shouldn't of ugh I had a mountain dew an half a hunk candy bar.... but I did 30:06 minutes on the exercise machine I burned 211.7 cals and it was 3.6 miles....

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 191 - erg. i'm back. yeah- didn't take long. no matter how fed up i get with people i keep finding myself coming bacl to this site. maybe because i don't want people to hurt themselves.. i don't know. i have a long way to go myself. like 40-60 pounds more depending on how much muscle i build. (150 would be great as well- but just at the top of my healthy weight range) i would love to be a very healthy 140- but i was 145 at one point and still very large- so i might have to become a musclely 130 to finally reach my goal of being in a size 9 pants. god. i haven't been a size 9 since 7th grade- and then i was still big compared to people.lol. and i mean a size 9 that fits well- not like those poepl who say they're that size but then bulge over. i don't do that with pants, which is probably why i where comfy size 16-18. ... Ht. 5'7, Wt. 195 - Ok I want to kno how i did i dont think i did too well considering i havent excercised yet today so i dont no if i will excercie....i had b-fast- like 2 lil pieces of apple in cinnamin, 2 celery sticks, grape juice, a piece of pound cake with frosting and flat bread(it was to symbolize the last supper) lunch fruit cup, and PBJ and a flavored water snack- 2 brownies cheese pastry and a ball of cookie dough....how do you guys feel that i did

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. goal1:190 - ugh i went to go buy a new skirt for tomorrow night, like a longer jean skirt, cause im going to be hanging out with my churches youth group. BUT ALL THEY HAD WAS CLOTHES FOR LIKE GIRLS THAT ARE FRICKEN SIZE 00 and 2! Ugh it pissed me off. I got what was the (2x) i usually just wear an xl and it was tight! i was like what the heck!!! Im a size 14/16 and i couldnt even fit into their size 2x. ugh this pisses me off!! sorry had to vent.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - well today i took in about like 1600 calories, maybe more, maybe less. i dont know. well anyway. i was able to run a mile today in gym this morning in 4 minutes and 25 seconds, i was so happy. i was the 5th girl out of like 20 of us to come in!! my gym teacher even said she was happy for me. i am also going on my daily 45 minute walk with my mom later. so how do you guys think i did today??
