Ht. 5'4.5'', Wt. 147 - Ahh, okay im so happy.. I tried on my American Eagle tees today and they actually look pretty good on me..no buldges or anything. Well, so far I've had a pretty great day *except for those 3 hersey kisses I had with lunch* but oh well..i love chocolate...

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - I havent posted for a while. Ive been finding it hard to stick to my diet, and get in excersize. today i went swimming, and did alot of walking, but did so terribly bad on my food. tomorrows another day. i hope this works. bye!! good luck all!!!!!!!!

Ht. ??, Wt. 190 - Hey i just want to say wow to some of these stories i think there amazing im from the UK! and i weigh 190 lbs!! and im a UK size 14-16!! i hate it!! and im on a diet i have just started it being hard with it just being easter and all! but im now determind thanx to all these stories! i have a boyfriend and he really doesnt help me at all! i dont think he wants me to be happy and lose weight!! its not fair!! and im going to lose this weight :

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 209 - How often do you guys weigh yourselves ? I know I exercise 5 times a week (mon-fri) and then I weigh myself on Saturday morning and Im usually 2 pounds lighter after every week.

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 218 - ugh...breakfast oatmeal lunch nothing dinner-probbly chicken with broccoli...i just ordered the mtv pilates dvd to try does ne one else have that dvd? im gonna try it and see if i like it. im gaining weight back and i feel like a failure but when i feel bad about myself all i do is eat does ne one else have the same problem?...well replys would be pretty sweet so PLEASE HELP!

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - So far today i think i did good..Breaky-5 strawberrys, 20 grapes. Lunch-lean meat on wheat bread, 1 serving of pretzels. Lotss of water. Workout-30 min eliptical. 400 crunches. 30 min of dancing. (later on) Snacks: Light yogurt. Small Apple with peanut butter. Dinner-Grilled cheese (wheat bread and 2% cheese with veggies) What do you think?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 145 - so if i eat 1200 a day and run for 10min + 20 sit ups and 15 leg lifts each could i lose about 1 1/2 LBs a week?
