So far, ive had a bowl of cereal (organic rice checks with soy milk) and 2 white chocolate recees (sp?) peanut butter cups, 2 small milk chocolate dove candies, and a small piece of my milk chocolate easter bunny. I won't eat that much else throughout the day (i mean of my easter candy, maybe a few jelly bellies) and ill try to exercise. Is that ok?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Well there is good news. I am most likely not going to my hometown this summer for a few weeks, instead we are planning on going at christmas time. The good thing is that I can spend all summer working out and not worrying about being heavier than the last time i saw them. So my new goals (after cheating today on easter heheheh) is to be 150 by September or October, and to be a muscular 130 or 140 by the time I see my family in December. I am still going to see my dad's family in July, but its only for a few days....

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 175 - okay, well not like anyone's going to respond anyway *hint hint* my dinner was a bit exaggerated, i had a salad with greens, pasta, and olives. i also had a serving of fish and 2 slices of explant (both baked not fried with breadcrumbs) for dessert i had a touch of pastry. horrible i know. but i did burn like 2350 cal on my exercise tape though.

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - CLAIRE: I saw your post earlier about the special k diet. You asked if the cereal was good? yeah its really good! You should get some, if you do get the special k with red berries! The actual special k diet is replacing TWO of your meals with the cereal, having fruit in between for snacks, and then for your third meal, eat whtever you want. you also have to excersize. it says youll lose 6lbs in two weeks? i dont know i dont think i can handle cereal for two meals a day lol.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 220 - im confused about counting calories, like you know when you look on something and it says "calories from fat" well are the other calories "good" calories? do you count the total caloric value of a food item, or do you only cat the calories from fat? someone enlighten me

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Breakfast-Bowl of Special k, small peice of cantalope. SNACK-Apple with peanut butter. Lunch-Veggie Burger on wheat bun with light yogurt. SNACK2-small applesauce. Dinner-1 Grilled Cheese (2 slices of 2% kraft, 2 wheat bread.) 1/2 can of veggis. excersize for today is dancing, and if my dad gets back then ill go to the gym. input please :)
