Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - I hate this whole trying to lose weight thing. I was doing really well, I got down below 200lbs and then I went on this sweet binge and have been on it for the past couple months, gaining back all the weight I lost, putting me at 210lbs. That's it, I'm fed up with being this way. Starting right now, I'm changing my habits, eating and working out. Anyone have tips on what I should be eating? Like a daily meal plan? I'm pretty good on the working out part, just the food I need to get a hold of. It's hard because I'm around it all day and it doesn't help that I get free food at work every day, which consists of sweets and fried foods. I'd really like to lose 50-75 pounds by a year from now. Do you think that's possible? Sorry this is so long, I've just been really stressing about the whole weight thing and finally decided to take a stand and get in under control. Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - I still feel so bad about binging I just played DDR till i burned 450 cals. May 1st i'm going to go extremely restricted so I wont eat anything bad for me. Wish me luck :)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 202 - I want to get my arms and back in good shape for prom, and I have just about 3 months, what are some good exercises for those??? I already do 20 push ups a day, and I lift weights for about 3-5 minutes everyday.

Ht. 5,5", Wt. ssh! not til im thin - lol .......... my goal is 2 lose 100 pounds by next year i hope this will happen because i want to feel comfortable in my own skin... i guess if i lose thirty pounds ill start 2 be more sociable again... so plz continue 2 motivate me... im suppose 2 start exercisin but i wanna stay on the pc lol and no1s on msn... im just bored ... im gonna make up a dance 2 one of my favorite songs lol ... i havent exercised since monday in P.E class

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - hey guys... i have to confess that i messed up. well i was doing pretty good. but then i haven't worked out in the last two days and yesterday i had an ice cream bar. and also, since it's finals/end of the year tests, we have been having like little snacks in class to help us and i've been eating those. i just feel so fat and disgusting! help me please.

Ht. 5"6, Wt. 168 - I have had a very good day today first i practiced softball with my friends and then we played basketball and then one of my old friends asked me to walk around the neighborhood with here today was a great day!!!! And i have lost five pounds since i start volleyball for the school!!!!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - oh my gosh i came home Fun Night at my school and i was playing basketball from 6pm until 8:15pm! plus my friends and i were versing 2 guys who were like 6 feet tall. so it was soo tiring from jumping and running back and forth! and the rest of the 15 mins i was running around my school in my socks with my friends to see who will fall first lol... [i didnt] and i did good today food wise too! yay i am so happy. and i lost a pound since i started my new "diet".. 5 days ago. not good but its my short term goal. =]

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 176 - I was reading about this fitness model in a magazine she is 5'7 and weighs 115! But her bust was 37 inches! I was like, how can she do that. Her waist was only 22 inches and mine is 42!!!!!!! She looked SOOOOOOO sexy and she was only 16. I wish I had perfect thin tanned thighs and a firm but like her. I wish I wish. Why cant I look like that. ARGGGG!

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 210.5 - YAY! lost another 3.5 pounds this week! and its only friday...my mom says she can really tell a difference in my face wrists and ankles,im so happy! 90 more pounds to go...im getting a personal trainer over the summer so i think that will increase my weight loss alot.good luck to all you other girls and guys!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - Is it possible to lose 25-30 pounds by the end of June and 35-40 more after that by the end of September? If so does anyone have any ideas or tips that they have had success in. If I can lose the 70 pounds in total I will weigh 190. Its not my goal but it would be a new look for back to school. Any ideas of meals and exercise...i'll try anything but a fad diet :) THANKS and INPUT & REPLIES ARE APPRECIATED
