Ht. 6'0, Wt. 214 - breakfast-oatmeal lunch-nothing snack-a popcicle dinner-probly a chicken wrap or a chicken salad idk yet...no excercize today my stomach and back hurt . but planning to do extra tomorrow...ohh and i lost another pound!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 267 - Hello everyone.. I just wanted to post my success so far.. I started out in january as my new years resolution eating healthy.. Im not going to lie ive had my ups and downs but so far ive lost 27 pounds.. People you wouldn't think would notice comment you.. My goal is to lose like another 100 pounds.. Ht. 5'4.5'', Wt. 146 - I'm kinda nervous about my weigh in the thursday..I'm hoping at most I weigh 145 because I dont want to let my coach and myself down agian. Yesterday, I had a big potatoe,egg, and bean taco with chips..*horrible i know*..but I also managed to get in a gallon of water and I burnt around 1000 calories.. But today..im hoping i stay on track..I had a low fat all wheat blueberry muffin with a glass of nofat milk..for snack i had a whey proten bar....for lunch I had a potatoe stuffed with fat free cheese and lots of shredded broccoli..and for another snack I had airpoped popcorn with no cal butter spray..Ive Drinken around 5 cups of water today ..i know its not enough..but im hoping to drink around a quart when i exercise today... ahh..but im still sooooo nervous about thursday

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 125 - I am doing a research report for school on overweight children and I was hoping that this website would help me.I am proud of all of you for starting somewhere or even trying to live a healthy life. While doing this research report, I want you to all realize that there are many health risks in being overweight. In the past 2 years, I have lost a total of 45 pounds and plan to keep it off the rest of my life. I was once overweight and know exactly how it feels to be the fat person. I know what it feels like to be emotionally addicted to food; but now food only means something nutritional that I need to put in my body. I want to give you all the best of luck in making your lives healthier. You have to start somewhere...although it isn't easy... it is worth it in the end. I promise! Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160? G-120 - oh man i was doing so good today! but i just had 4 cookies!!! for breakfast i had a bowl of frosted flakes with 1% milk, for lunch i had a smuckers uncrustbale and a light yogurt [310 cals]and a water bottle. for dinner i am having a bologna and cheese sandwich on wheat bread [again lol] and a water bottle. my snack today was 4 cookies and i just had another water bottle. exercise for today is 45 minutes of walking. 100 jumping jacks, and 50 crunches, and maybe going on the trampoline or some jump roping. so how did i do today? thanks all and GOOD LUCK WiTH ALL YOUR DiETS! =]

Ht. 5'4", Wt. -- - So I was just wondering how many calories are a healthy amount. I know 2000 can be too many but I want to make sure I don't eat to few also. I have never been a big breakfast eater and I was wondering if it is really bad not to eat breakfast. Sometimes I don't like to be near my friends during lunch, so I study in the library and then I don't eat lunch. Is this really bad? It's not like I'm deliberately NOT eating, and it happens maybe once a week for lunch, but I NEVER eat breakfast because I hate it. Any advice?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 162.5 - I just got over my time of the month lol, with it, I had terrible cravings and messed it up, but I'm just gonna start new. Anyway, for breaky I had a bananna, and I havent had lunch yet. I did 20 crunches, walked 1 km and biked 3 miles. How do you think I did exercise wise so far today? thanks! any suggestions what I could have for lunch?
