Ht. 5ft5, Wt. 160lbs - Those anyone else here feel like they are going around in diet circles or am i the only one?I always seem to diet and then binge and then diet .Its really frustrating its something i can't really control is anyone else like this?I'm no bulimic by the way.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 190 - Hey i really would love some help if someone would like to be my weight loss i would really like to have someone to talk to. I really need to lose at least 20lbs by June 28th. I have tried several diets but i can never seem to stick to them more then about a month...so are there any ideas to help. Thankx Nikole...

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - in total today I have burned 835 cals today but I ate way more than that, tommorow my cals will be way less and i'm gonna burn more! wish me luck :)

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 200-210 - ok, i plan on doing an hour on the stationary bike every day plus start running in the beginning of june.like i said i hurt my knee recently, and by june and i think itll be 100 percent.i also plan starting tomorrow 100 pushups and 100 situps and add 10 every day to each of those.also i lift weights.my goal is to weight 180 by the end of august which i think is way too easy, but if u put it too high and u dont achieve then youd be disapointed.so do u think if do all of the stuff i said, plus eat strictly healthy and drink a lot of water a day, i could reach my goal?i am seriously tired of being overweight.i want to be normal.plus i get my license this summer and i want a girlfriend, so if i can look nice, have a girl, and be driving in my truck when school starts, then that would be the dream for me.thanks guys and please reply.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 178 - Ok so i just found out that i will be going on a cruise in july. ONLY THREE MONTHS AWAY. So I want to lose like 40 pounds or even more by then is that possible and i need motivation for exercise. Help plz and thank you.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - okay they were giving out free lunch at church today, so i had a very tiny plate of cole slaw, a 1/2 sandwhich with turkey and cheese, and like a few crackers. i was out since 12:30 shopping and walking, so that's gonna count as my exercise today. :)

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 250 - juelz and i were talking and we assumed that u guys didnt know that once you loose all the weight you cant stop exersising and eating right you stil gotta do both to keeep the weight off from krista and juelz

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 154 - i feel really really bad for yesterday...i am on this low carb diet..its not like the atkins...its way healthier..anyways...yesterday was this thing in my school we had to do and we had pizza, cookies, you name it they had...i had a cookie, cupcake, and pizza/chips...if thats not bad enough when i got home i ate more cookies, cheese its, popcorn...and then dinner!! i was like OMG! cuz thats over 50 carbs..and since im on a low carb diet..it sucks!!! i hope i didnt gain any weight from that because i only have 30 more lbs to go...ok well good luck every1!! --jenna

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - okay not so good today: breakfast-bagle with butter and jelly,1 water bottle, lunch- peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread, 7 fish sticks =[, 2 water bottles, snack- 100 calorie pack- 1 water bottle, 2 cookies. horrible on the bagle and fish sticks yea i know. dinner is chicken nuggets and 1 water bottle, and that isnt all that great either. i will do better tomorrow...hopefully

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - I hate yogurt!! I dunno why but I know it's really good for you, especially your mid section so I'm making an attempt to eat Dannon Light n' Fit 0% fat & 60 calories Strawberry flavored yogurt right now...I WILL finish the whole thing! I have tooo. :)
