I did do exercise, and now I am suppossed to be getting support in motivation but instead ppl are making fun of other ppl. there r 24 hrs in a day,I'm on the computer maybe an hour a day to get support and still have time to exercise, geez.

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 210.5 - Breakfast-oatmeal snack-a nutri grain bar? it had like oats in it...it was really good dinner-2 peices of chicken and bread and butter...excercize-walked around at the track meet for like 3 hours.Good Luck!

Ht. 5,5", Wt. ssh! not til im thin - well for breakfast i had a bowl of cereal i didnt wanna eat it cuz the milk was starting to turn a little, for lunch i bought curried chicken and white rice from school it is the healthiest thing on the menu and dinner i had chicken and rice... i tried 2 stay away from oils 2day and ive have been drinkin water all day... i cant exercise 2nite cuz i am studying for my physics exam so wish me luck... Ht. 5'6", Wt. 200-210 - ok, today for breakfast ihad a bowl of oatmeal cereal and a banana.for lunch i had a handful of grapes, 6 baby carrots, and a banana.for dinner im having a turkey sandwich and probably some more carrots and maybe an orange.i also had 4 bottles of water today.exercise wise, i went 30 minutes on a stationary bike and i did 50 pushups and 100 situps. i know that it isnt that much, but it was my first day and i am going to increase how much i do each day.if you do too much the first day then u might over do it and get injured.so anyway how did i do?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - Just wanted to know how I did today. Breakfast: Special K Cereal w/ fat free milk. Lunch: Banana. Dinner: Chicken breast sandwich(grilled) with mustard, lettuce, and pickles and some green beans on the side. Snack: Banana & strawberries & a 1/2 C fat free milk. I only rode a mile on my stationary bike, but that's 1/2 a mile more than I did yesterday. How'd I do?
