Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Okay guys, we all need to stop berating ourselves about our weight. We are young, and we've got a whole life to live. If we all get depressed about eating one candy bar, that is just not good for our mental state. I am not saying you should eat candy, but completly depriving yourself of junk food is just going to make it harder for you in the long run. Love yourselves, and realize tomorrow is another day =D

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - hey well everyone i hope i did better today. so far i've eaten: breakfast: 1 whole wheat, fat free waffle w/peanut butter and a banana, yogurt/ snack:bag of lowfat cookies(made w/oatmeal) and yogurt/lunch:tuna kit/snack: pear and pudding/exercise: 30 min of exercise tape that inlcudes plaites and cardio. how'd i do?

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 5000000+ - Ughh latley ive been doing SO bad. Ive gained back like 7 lbs. So im going to start eating just 4 times a day (breakf, lunch, dinner and a snack) and drinking all water and working out every day for an hour and a half. my dad is pushing me to workout like today im going for an hour. Ughhh hope this works.

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 209 - ok...ive lost 11 pounds in two weeks w/ excerciseing maybe twice or three times a week everyone says im looking great but i dont feel like i do im always tired and like mad or upset about stupid stuff...but i dont act mad or anything around my friends or family....is there something wrong with me? have any of you ever felt like this?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 155.2 - i whent on a trip last weekend and i ate omost noithing the whole trip (it was a marching band thing) and my boyfriend thinks i have a huge problem cuz im still eat omost nothing today (1 posicle and a 1/2 peice of pizza it was only the Cheeze) i know my stomik has shrunk so when i do eat more i feel really sick to my stomic is there actuly something wrong?

N:255-260 G:180 - Today I weighed and i'm finally off my little platau :) I had such a bad eating day, no binging just bad foods for choices and with breakfast, lunch, and dinner i'm way over probably 1800 cals but after I ate some lunch I played DDR to burn 500 cals (Sweat, ugh lol) After I finish writing this I am going to play to burn 500 cals or more so I don't gain from this bad food. Bad eating days suck :( Hope everyone is doing good!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 164 - So this is what I ate today a bowl of special K red berries( 1 and a half cup of it) And then I had a teeny tiny wrap with chicken in it. Then I had another bowl of special K (1 1/2 cup) The I had a special K bar.. I havent had dinner yet. SO today I ate about... 650 cals? So for dinner it will be about.. 300 cals then a snack bringing me too 1100-1200..what do you think?
