Ht. 5ft7, Wt. 165 - i need to loose weight . 2 summers ago i was 130 , i lost about 30 pouunds on the southbeach diet . it was realy good and i felt so good , but i grew a couple inches , gained a crap load of muscle. I swim on a swim team 4 times for an hour and 30 minutes , plus yoga and strength training , its hard i admitt. I dont no how to loose weight kind of fast , but not too fast . I need to just loose in my stomach area , anyone kinof like me? any suggestions , please i need help now

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - oh and sorry to post twice but DON"T STARVE YOURSELF! i know u prolly hear this like EVERY day, but when i told my healthy friend she was loosing weight, she said she was really happy and that when she first started to loose weight she had no breakfast, then at lunch she would say she had a big breakfast, then she would go home and say she had big lunch and didn't want dinner, so she was basically eating nothing all day. he hair started falling out and she had to take vitamins and go to the doc before she was normal again. LOOSE IT THE RIGHT WAY! =)

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - hey guys! for dinner we went out to eat so i had grilled salmon w/veggies, a couple of fries, and an extra extra light SLIVER of cheescake that i shared with my rents. i did my 30min of arobic.cardio tape so how'd i do?

Ht. 5'5', Wt. 199 - Okay i have no clue whats up with my body right now but im not hungry as much. I work out every day, and i dont really eat that much, yesterday i BINGED SO BAD! I had chocolate cake, a candy bar, chinese for dinner, and some yogurt pretzels & a soda(just to count the junk food) Someone said that if i ate a candy bar i would gain alot of weight back cause i hadnt been eating that much? Well i actually lost a pound. Cause i work out every single day. Crazy right???

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 210 - I'm in school, it's 3rd period and I have to share how well I'm doing today. Breakfast:small yogurt and 1 blueberry waffle. Snack: small bag of original whole-grain SunChips and a Lemon Propel Fitness Water (it's only about 3 calories per serving, and it tastes like non-carbonated Sprite.)
For lunch I'll see if there are any subs left and I'll eat it with mustard, not mayo!
This is my first day trying to lose weight and I'm feeling really good. Go me! :)

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 185 - hi everyone! im going through a bad stage with my weight. i went to weight loss camp this summer at 215 and lost about 30 pounds and came back at about 185, from then to about february i lost 10 to 15 pounds and it depended on the day but i was in the low 170's. then something snapped and i had no motivation at all to eat right or excersice. i'm trying to lose those 10 to 15 pounds back again plus in the next year i would love to be at my goal weight between 150-160. any ideas for motivation????

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - PLEASE HELP--I need input..I want to start somethin else different soon and I need to know if i'm healthy enough. BREAKFAST- Slimfast shake, oatmeal or a meal replacement bar. LUNCH--Regular veggie salad or a Fruit salad. DINNER-- Either a Veggie salad with baked or grilled skinless chicken breast in it with low fat and low cal dressing, or a really huge Fruit salad, or a tuna salad or just a plain tuna sandwhich on wheat. ALL WATER ALL DAY and once a week a sugar free popsicle. Exercise, 30 minute walk, 30 minutes biking, playing DDR to burn 350 cals, kickboxing for 10 minutes and on occasions I might workout with my bellydancing workout tape. After I lose another 20 pounds i'm going to start toning exercises...INPUT PLEASE...HELP!
