Ht. 6'0, Wt. 180 - Tell me if this is bad. I live off of fried foods. This week I ate it 8 times since this past sunday. Tonite, I ate half of a fried onion thing and fries and an 8 ounce steak. I have been gaining weight lately because I never exersise. One of my friends told me that if i keep it up I could have a heart-attack by aged 19 or 20. Is this true? Please comment. Thanks!

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 205 - breakfast-half a slimfast bar lunch-nothing snack-popcicle dinner-half a small thing of chili from wendys and a salad but no dressing to many calories...excercise-walk/ran a mile 400 crunches...im felling them now haha....how did i do?

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.2? - hey guys. today: breakfast-1 slice of lowfat cinnomon bread and banana, lowfat choc milk/snack:baked lay's/lunch:(don't freak out)tuna kit, than later i had a small pudding and weight watchers cake, 2g of fat and 80 cal./snack:yogurt/dinner at wendy's:cup of chili, steamed potato with a tad of lowfat sour cream, split a small frosty with my rents. no exercise today but too bad tomorrow i have my 2 hour walkathon!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - Break- frosted mini wheats w/ skim milk. [about 150 cals all together] Lunch- panut butter sandwich on wheat bread,light yogurt,half a a fruit snack pack, Snack- 2 100 calorie apple sauce cups, 2 slices of wheat bread with light margerine [30 cals], 1 pretzel nugget [like 10 cals] Dinner is pork with mashed potatoes. did i eat to much today? Exercise is a 45 minute walk.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 190 - i'm overweight, and i wanna boyfriend for once instead of always being the overweight, yet popular, fun girl. if i was thin. boys would notice me instead of jsut wanting to be my bestfriend. you'd think if you were popular it ment you got the guys. BUT IT DOESN'T. i just really need help. and i made a goal. and it's probably stupid and unrealistic. but i wanna lose 50lbs before i go back to school. which is in 3 months practically. i have 92 days. Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - i am so stressed out right nowwww. i just got a 70% on a spanish quiz!!! that is my lowest grade ever this year. [im not trying to sound conceited] my teacher always drops the lowest grade anyway, and that is my lowest so its like it never happened. but it just gets to me, you know? i've been good today though, i didnt go into "eating mode" like i normally do when i am under a lot of stress.
