Ht. 5'2", Wt. 200 - Ugh I wish I still had my scale! Anyway i'm really sore from exercising yesterday. Mostly my stomache and legs. AHHH! It hurts. You know when you lay on your back and put your legs up in the air and act like you're riding a bike (not sure what it's called) but that's what made me so flippin' sore. Yesterday I went to figuremagazine.com and I started thinking "Hey, maybe i'm actually meant to be fat, I need to accept it and eat whatever I want" but no...i'm not at all happy with the way I look (body wise) I was so tempted to grab that pizza yesterday but I grabbed the fruit instead..I had to think twice. I saw this really huge lady a few weeks ago and I asked my daughters dad if I was that big and he told me I used to be! When I was pregnant. I was 275-280lbs! I still can't believe that. Somehow all of that fell off until I was 230lbs..and that's when I started exercising and whatnot and now i'm 200..probably under that now. I need to buy a new scale. Ok sorry for rambling.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 176 - today is going good so far for breakfast i had strawberry yogort and grapes and a large cup of water for lunch i had a sandwitchbag of letuce , water melon and a 100 calore pack of wheat chips and soon i am going on a mile walk/ bike ride

Ht. 5 4, Wt. 175 - Hey every one. I ahve been planning on losing weight for a wile but I ahve never made the dive in. Well, I have a big dance coming up in 23 days and found an awsome dress, only problem, Ive got too much gut. I figure is I lose about 10,9,8 pounds Ill look better. I know what excersises to do to lose weight but what should i do just to focus on the stomach? Running?Cardio? Ab workouts? Thankx

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255 G:180 UG:130 - I would like to report that I have been doing great on my new eating plan. I have gotten into the 250's, 255-254 to be exact, I would like to try to get to 249 by May 31st. Hopefully. BREAKFAST- Cereal. LUNCH- Peanut Butter Sandwhich with a glass of milk and an apple. DINNER- tonight is Spaghetti (small plate). Playing DDR to burn 700+ calories cause i'm so busy with research papers, projects and picking up my math grade i'm suprised i'm still functioning with the responsibility of staying on track with a diet. HIGH SCHOOL REALLY SUCKS lol Bye all, hope everyone else is doing well.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 175 - Hello- I have posted before, but I wanted to see if anyone had a similar problem to me. I have hypothyroidism, so I have trouble losing weight. Is there anyone else here with the same problem? Maybe we could chat.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - hey peeps! food today: breakfast:lowfat muffin,yogurt,fat free choclate milk/snack:special k bar/lunch:ham and lowfat cheese sandwhich on whole wheat bread, no mayo cole slaw, pudding/snack:oatmeal bar/exercise:30 min breakups of jogging, walking, and bike-riding in the park with dad! :-)

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Well I checked again. I was right not to believe that I gained 7 pounds after a few weak moments during the weekend. I gained only one pound back in actuality, but I am staying optimistic that I can lose my goal 3 by the end of the week to make my total weight loss 20 pounds.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - Great day so far-I've taken in about 8oo calories and im getting ready for my workout now. I am finally back on track and I know i can lose this weight! Im so excited to lose 30 pounds! thats my goal by august! yay!
