Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255 FG:180 UG:130 - I've finally come down from my platau, or so I think lol. I weighed this morning and i'm finally down into the 250's again. Today I think I did great, besides my breakfast. My dad cooked so I had 3 small slices of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs and toast, not good I know. Lunch I had a half peanut butter and jelly sandwhich with a big apple. Dinner tonight is spaghetti, i'm going to have a little plate and then exercise. Either just DDR or, Kickboxing & Belly Dancing. IDK yet but tommorow I will have a better choice for breakfast.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - so i havent weighed myself in like 2 or 3 weeks. i really hope i didnt gain. i dont plan on weighing myself until may 31st. because if i keep weighing myself i can never lose weight. i know this because before i actually bought a scale, i only weighed myself like 3 times a year, and every time i did this i lost some weight. then i got a scale and all i did was gain. also had a lot to do with exercise and food consumption tho ;] so yea. what ever lol. =D good luck everyoneeeee

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - i normally drink 4 or 5 water bottles a day. the water bottles are .5 liters. so that is like 2 liters of water a day...is that bad?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Okay well I had a couple cheat days. This last week was rough for me. Apparently the scale says I gained 7 pounds...but I find that highly unlikely. Today is Monday, a new week and a fresh start on my diet. I hope to get down to another 3 pounds by the end of the week. Good luck to ya'll! I'm going for a walk...

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 197 - Over the past two weeks I've been doing really good with my dieting, I've lost about 6 pounds. I'm not having too hard of a time with it, it's just for the past three days I have weighed the exact same, so I think I am on a plateau. How should I get past it, and how long will it take to get past??? I am quite sick of it, and I want to be down to 195 for my graduation this Saturday. I know it's different for everbody, but any estimations even of how long it should take me to get past this????

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 195sh - in the summer i love to go to camp but only for a week there is this new camp that is 6 weeks long and it is so cool but all the kids in the brosure are skinny and dressed in like amborcobie i dont wana be a loser there and it could be a great way to lose weight during the summer but before i go there i mean coul i loss say 18-20 ponds by like june 25 ish how
