Ht. 5 4, Wt. 170 - hey guys wut's up im kinda upset with myself right now. i'm the biggest i have ever been i would like to loss weight and i willing for it to take awile i did weight watchers not to long ago and lost 20 pounds but gained it back i wanted to know if anyone had any other diets for me to try i would appreicate any help. thanks

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 244 - ok so far i lost 56 lbs i went from 300 to 244 i went from a size 26 to a n 18 in womens i am very happy and it is not over i am continuing my exersise and diet my weight loss has slowed down to like 2 lbs a week but still at least i am loosing weight lol i exersise everyday my family joined the ymca on december 31st of last year and thats when i started i have been doing very well its is ok to splurge and when u do just burn it off my favorite machine at the ymca are the cybek arc trainer and the ellipitcal i also like to swim and play softball any exersise in ur day helps because its something that u wouldnt have benn doing before i got a tip cut ur normal food in half then put it away and eqat it tommowor that is wat i do also when i get a big craving i go for sunflower seeds with out the shell and no salt i ... Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Well I get bummed out because I have all this studying to do, but I am trying to lose loads of weight. I then realize that the important thing is that i am living a healthy lifestyle. even if it takes until this time next year to be where I want to be, its okay. Plus I also realized that my grades are almost where I want them to be and I have absolutly no plans for the summer. I am going to work hard during the summer when I have no exams or anything. I am planning on doing a mix of running, walking, tae bo and weight lifting daily, plus a balanced diet. I tried vegetarianism, but its hard to follow constantly so i decided to just limit myself down to meat once a week or every other week. It will probably be easier to go veggie when i am in college =D Bye love ya'll

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - thanks jenna! yes i know pilates is for toning but i was tired cuz i got my pms so i couldn't do much else, i do cardio and weight-lifting. food today:breakfast: lowfat muffin, yogurt, fat free choc milk/snack:bag of lowfat cookies/lunch:1/2 a ham and cheese sandwhich, no mayo cole slaw, sigar free pudding/snack: handful of dark choc almonds and 1 gram cracker/exercise: 1hr 45min softball game/dinner:lean cusine pasta, spinach, a bit of bread, and strawberries in pudding. good?

Ht. 6'3, Wt. 259 - Well, I'm back! I joined the gym in January and have been going off and on since then. I also joined Weight Watchers recently. My highest weight was once 277 pounds (summer of 2005.) Now, I am 259 pounds and I feel great! The difference shows, too! My goal is to be 180 pounds someday again (like I was in the eighth grade.) It will take some time, but I'm doing it the healthy way by just eating right and exercising for at least one hour three times a week. I've also cut back on the snacking, which is important. I wish you all the best.

Ht. 5'5', Wt. 201 - Hey guys! i havent been on for a while, i had been doing great and got down to 199 but for like 5 days straight ive been eating whatever i want, whenever i want, and how much i want and im suprised that i only went back up to 201..(my start was 212. so yeah thats weerd, but tomorrow i start again. Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I decided to switch up my workouts a bit, in hopes of losing more weight, as it has no really changed much in 2 weeks. On one day I will walk a certain way around my neighborhood (mostly downhill) and do 30 minutes on the highly elevated treadmill along with my weight lifting and crunches and stuff. On the other day I will walk the opposite way in my neighborhood (mostly uphill) and do 30 minutes ot Tae Bo with my weight lifting and such. I will switch on an off every other day. I have branched off a little in my diet too. I now allow myself trisquits, since i love crackers and they are pretty healthy and high in fiber. I also let myself have 2 Tbs of peanut butter (which is one serving) because i love peanut butter and one serving isnt that high in the numbers.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255 G:180 UG:130 - So far today i've had a bowl of cereal, probably 180 cals. And for lunch I started to mess up, I had a half slice of pizza and a couple of fries. And After I got home I had a half honey bun. I guess cutting the portions in half is better than eating the whole thing? right? lol :'(
