Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I've hit a snag guys. I'm not gaining (which is good) but I am not losing either. I want to lose 8 pounds by the end of June, but I am so stressed out lately, I dont know how motivated I will be. All I know is that as soon as summer comes around I will be one becoming-lean, mean excersizing machine =D

Hey i got sum aple cider vinegar pills and these slim down pills, only 7 of them coz i took them from my aunts house.Anywho i cant ask my mom or any1 if it's ok to use them coz she wont let me! coz i know her but i want to know if it's save to have diet pills at 14.And should i have 1 a day or wat please help!

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 200 - Ok guys, get ready to cheer.... I lost another 2.6 pounds this week! Yaaaaaaay! This means I've lost just over 5 pounds in 2 weeks. It also means I'm more than a quarter of the way to my first goal (20pounds) In other news, I tried the blueberry Special K bars today and I have to tell you, I thought they were pretty gross. Does anyone know if any of the other flavors are better? Also, I stayed home sick from school today which led to a bad eating day. I had nothing to keep me busy so I ate more than I normally would/should. But I redeemed myself a little by having a very healthy dinner. Tomorrow WILL be better because I will make it better. Anyway, Yay for my 2.6. :) Later.

I've also decided that i might turn vegitarian(sorry about spelling) I figured I'd do that 1) because it's a lot healthier and 2) because for a while now I haven't really liked the taste of meat. Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Because of school, weight loss is harder. I decided so that i can avoid dissapointment every couple of weeks or so, I am going to weigh myself on the 1st of every month and measure myself, etc. I am 188 now, I think my goal is going to be 180 by the end of the school year (1 month from now). Its where I started at the beginning of the school year, so i feel like i will have a fresh start at changing my life. What do you all think? should I lose more? This summer I plan on doing a combo of running, walking, weight lifting, and tai boe every day to lose a total of about 20 pounds, and then be 130 by Christmas time...

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 150 - so this losing weight thing is really hard and i gained 2 pounds over a week... umm that's just because i went off of my diet for A WEEK. this is uncool... well, i guess i have to be strict again! soo.. just a little tip, i want to be 130 by september and if you want that too, STICK TO THE DIET. i didn't even eat anything THAT bad! like NOTHING really, just i incorperated bread back in and i had a sandwich at lunch.... lame... well, if any of you want to give me advise or if you live in Palos Verdes California, then maybe we can chill and work out! yeah :)

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 180 - i have a very large chest (fat not muscle). It folds over when i sit down. This is very embarrassing since i'm a guy. What can I do to get rid of all of that fat? I can't do any push-ups, so i'm not sure where to start. I also have a gut if you have any advice for that. Thanks for any help you have!
