I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO i keep eating and never get full. I've also decided to workout for 1 hour and a half each day. Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - i keep reading all this stuff on here about people going vegetarian because it's healthy and an easy way to lose weight. don't get me wrong, it is very healthy if you are doing it correctly. i've also read that some people who come on here that say they've been a vegetarian for a few months and haven't lost any weight. you can't just stop eating meat and expect to lose weight. getting protein is a key to losing weight because it promotes the growth of lean muscle mass that helps to burn more fat. but when you just cut out meat and don't get protein from other sources (nuts, beans, etc) then you are not going to lose weight. fruits and vegetables are essential to a healthy diet and losing weight, but you have to get protein from some where if you really want that weight to stay off. you might just want to... Ht. 5'7", Wt. --- - Would any of you here agree that you're addicted to weight loss? I feel like I let it take over my life. Thinking about food, counting calories, measuring portions, working out constantly, weighing yourself often, comparing your body to other peoples. Is anyone else as obsessed as I am? I mean, I thrive off each pound I lose. I think I turned a healthy goal into an unhealthy obsession. I have no idea where I'm going with this - I was just wondering if anyone else felt the same.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Just remember guys, just because people are skinny and their metabolism allows them to eat whatever they want, DOESNT mean they won't suffer from the consequences of eating said food. For example: skinny people can get heart problems. Just keep up your progress ya'll--it will pay off eventually!

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 200 - I just HAVE to post this because it is enraging me. School lunch programs preach all about health but then the food that they serve you is soooo unhealthy!!! I read a sign in the cafeteria today that said :Healthy choices are the right choices" and then directly under it it said "today's entree: deep fried mozzarella sticks" lolol.
