Ht. 5'6, Wt. 193 - i really am overweight as you can see for my age and i hate being overweight because no guys ever really look at me in a good way even other overweight guys. it is tough because almost all of my friends have boyfriends because they are skinny i do not care what they look like. the thing that makes me like them is their personality and what kind of music they like . another problem is my mom is making me go to the doctors which i hate because she kind of makes fun of me plus i am kind of scared on going to the scale ang breaking it any one please help email me at (steph93_9@hotmail.com)

Im so hungry right now but ive already eaten alot...i have barely anything to eat in my house other than junk, so when im hungry ive been eating junk, but its not filling...only high in calories

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 202.5 - ugh!...a 14 year old should not have this much stress! between school,friends,family,volleybalL,meetings,almost failing school,studying for final exams i HAVE to pass,eating,and dieting! im going crazy! usually stress makes you wanna eat but i dont im never hungry...ive felt like crap this whole week but still managed to excercize and suff ahh! i cant take this ne more! am i the only one who feels like this right now? jeeze BYE

Ht. 5 10, Wt. 204 - hey guys...havnt been here in a while...but yeah, anyways so like everysummer im going to try this again. last summer well in like febuary 2004 i lost about 30 pounds and felt great...but i wanna do it a better way then i did last time because that didnt keep the weight off, and every time i start to diet i go back to my old weight losing habits.
this summer i have bball 7-9 and volleyball 9-11 so ill be getting lots of excersize. ANd we have an elipiglide so im going to try to do that do like a mile or two starting today.
anybody have any ideas on how to quit getting back into old bad, eating ideas like eating only 700 cals a day?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 206 - Hey you guys.. well I just wanted to tell you guys that I lose one pound.. and I was going to tell you guys that my son is doing great and if you guys didn't know what happened.. his doctor that he might have something wrong with his liver or kidneys and he is only 8 months old but I prayed and God heeled him so I was just letting you guys know that everything is alright..

Ht. 5'5', Wt. 201 - Okay so i have been doing bad. Last week though i had to run the mile for homeschool pe testing at cal poly and i was the second one done out of 4 people. I was happy :) Ive been skateboarding ALOT and far, so i think im going to start doing it more often and try to get my hour in at the gym. my whole day is taken up until 4 because i babysit my nephew, but they have stairs so i think i might try running up and down. i need to lose weight before i go back to public school in august. good luck you guys!!!

Ht. 5"5', Wt. 164 - i think i am muscular in my legs but my stomach is huge!!! i dont like myself that much because i am fat i want to lose weight beofore school starts so i can have my first boyfriend. BMi charts dont really work for me because i am muscular! so im not sure what a healthy weight for myself is! how much weight should i lose if i already swim for an hour and i have 10 weeks to lose weight???

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 188 - My mom says I suddenly look narrower, which is good. I don't think I have gained at all, but good lord have I been lazy this week. I've been eating pretty healthily, but I haven't excersized since about Monday...The advantage I guess is that when I start working out again tomorrow during my long weekend I will probably start losing again since my body isnt used to it as much anymore...8 pounds until I meet my school year goal of 25 pounds!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Ugh...I haven't been eating horribly. I've been eating a little more than I would normally, but everything I have been eating is organic and healthy, so I am not worried abotu that. What I am worried about is the fact that I have had NO FREETIME to work out at all this week. I'm not sure if I should weigh myself this week out of fear of the numbers...Tomorrow is the start of a four day weekend though, so i plan on taking that time to workout A LOT. I'm probably going to skip my "cheat meal" this week, even if i lose weight because i looked in the mirror and I see no weight loss. I know my body is over 15 pounds lighter, but i dont see it...

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 165 - Hey you guys......my mom is on this sight with me and says the most important things are to eat healthy and exercise. Don't eliminate any one single food group, but eat healthy portions of each one. Believe it or not, your body does need some fat, but on very small amounts. If you cheat or do badly one day, don't beat yourself up-no one is perfect. But don't let that be an excuse. Get yourself together and work a little harder to stay on track. Oh, also get someone to be a support partner to help you. Good luck!!! :^)
