Ht. 5'9, Wt. 170 - Okay, well i really want to loose 20 pounds before highschool starts in the fall. My goal is to loose 20 pounds and start to get more abs. what do you think is the best way to do this. What is a good eating plan and exersize plan. I am very athletic i do sports everyday, i just would like a routine after or before that. Please help me out!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - So yeah...I lost like 5 inches on my stomach and hips and 3 on my legs total....So why aren't people noticing? only my parents have said anything, and i look pretty different now...

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 240 - todays day breakfast : frosted mini wheat the strawberry kind with skim milk lunch : chicken sandwich with corn and goldfish snack : weight watchers ice cream sandwhich and pretzels with laughing cow cheese dinner: probably pizza my mommy is sick 1 or 2 slices only exerise 2 miles on teh track in gym about an hour doing them cause it was really hott and i swam 15 laps in my pool 1 lap = back and forth and i did that for about 40 minutes more exerise is on the way at the gym how did my day go

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 193 - ok...so last day of school was today and i weighed myself and i weigh 193! on both of my scales! and i weighed myself in the morning so it couldnt be water weight but yeah i was like amazed thats over 25 pounds in 4 1/2 weeks!i havent been under 200 in like 3 years! so tomorrow starts the second part of my diet which is excerciseing for about 3-4 hours a day which is swimming,tubeing,skiing,running,walking and volleyball! Hows it sound? HAPPY SUMMER EVERYONE!haha BYE!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 155 pounds - hi again i did exersize yesterday and cut down on my eating habits and wieghted my self this morning and i only lost 1 pound but if i keep doing the same thing im sure i will wieght 120 by the end of this summer!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I started excersizing again yesterday. I didnt do a lot, because it had been a week since i last did anything. I did some taebo moves, my squats and bicep curls and then i was on the stationary bike for a little bit. Wasnt a very good workout, but at least it was more than i was doing. I went last week just dieting alone and I lost 3 pounds, so i think that even just a mild workout daily would help me drop some more pounds.

Ht. not sure, Wt. 157 - Hey guys! okay, me and my friend went to the mall yesterday, and she is 210 pounds. We both saw this cute, cute shirt that was tie dyed, and had a hawaian flower on the bottom. i saw that they had only my size, and not my friend's size. She was so desperate to buy it, that she tried on the biggest size they had. there was a super skinny girl in the dressing room, and when my friend came out, she looked at her strangley, and her and her friend laughed.i told them to back off, just like a good friend should. so you know what? i put that dumb shirt back for some other dumb person. i'm telling you, those thin thin girlswho think they are the best are thick in the head, because friendship is more important than the way you look, and anyone who dosen't know that is confused with the world.
