Ht. 6, Wt. too much - Okay so today i am really going to start my diet!! i am on weight watcher and i am really going to drink a lot of water and exercise. i just get nervous because i can never stick to it for more than a month. any tips for self control or if u have ever been on weight watchers?

G: 30+ lbs lighter - hey guys! i hope all your goals are working for you :]. as for me, my goal of losing 3o lbs is well on its way ;] haha. i haven't been real strict like i should be if i want to lose that much before hs, but at the end of june/july, im either going on the "Abs Diet", or the Curves diet. trust me, i have done my reserch, & they are not fad diets that will cause you to gain all the weight back. the abs diet seems really good. there is a book that i got of it. but making sure to include lots of protein on your diet is so critical. not only is like all the food listed that i can have (on both the abs & curves diet) but it aims in weight lose. it also repairs your muscle after exercise. well, i hope all is going well for you. :]

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - hi my MAJOR diet isnt starting until like next wednesday..cuz i'm shoppin on tuesday. but until then i'm dealing w/ what i have and trying to cut my intake down.. Today i had a bowl of cheerios, a sandwich witha banana....chicken breast..strawberries, and a 50 cal. popsicle...is that too much? i cant tell.....cuz it didnt seem like it cuz it was all spread out..wat do you guys think? please reply

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 210 - so what do you guys think: i had had a granola bar for breakfast cuz i was late for summer school. and since i had to walk there today i needed to leave really early. for lunch i had a thing of water and half of the schools pizza (that in itself is not healthy, nothin at school can be right? ;D) anyways then, actually just a little while ago, i had a plate of veggies stuff...umm well it's a mexican dish (i don't know what it's called really) but i know it's not cooked with much. actually it's just the veggies themselves cooked with chicken breast (is that good?) all in water. ya i know it sounds yucky but it's actually really good. so anyways and a little bit of penuts. and for exercise: does my walk to school count? it takes me 30 to 40 min to get there. but maybe it's too early or somethin. like i said before i'm new to this and have close to know idea what to do. so ya if you guys can give maybe a little help that'd be sooo appreciatted. thanx!!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 150 - Hey guys lets see what you think about how i did today. Well to start out i didn't have any breakfast because i woke up at 11:00 to some guy cleaning our carpets. I then had like a fruit snack for i guess lunch because i wasn't hungry and that was 100 cal. Next for i gues a bit of a snack i had a fat free fudgesicle 70 cal && like 5 bing cherries. And to top it off for dinner I had half of a cheeseburger no bun and like 15 french fries. I didn't have any excercize today but i thought it was okay because I didn't eat that much. I was too busy to think about food and I think i'll try that more often. OKAY post away.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. --- - How do you guys keep from getting obsessive about your diet and weight loss? It seems like yesterday, since I didn't have anything better to do, all I did was sit and think about losing weight and how all I needed to do was lose 18 more pounds. (Yes, I added on another 5 pounds to my goal.) It seemed like I had no energy yesterday either. I walked 3 miles though, so that's a plus, and I also managed to get in 1200 calories or less. Also, another question, is okay to get less than 1200 in per day? It seems like all I eat are those Lean Cuisines, Smart Ones, Healthy Choice meals, and the occassional Subway 6" sandwich. The calories don't really add up in them. Plus, last night, I just had green beans for supper. Is that okay? I felt full and such.

Yea, i did get a diet book..and according to my bmi they said that my calori intake should be like 1800...should i listen to that..or just go straight down to like 1200.....or i could to like 1400..cuz they have a diet for a 1400 calorie intake....i dont no which one to do..wat do u think? and i'm just taking pop right out of my diet, and going w/ vitamin water, water, and v8splash :D

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 213 - Today I wasn't able to eat breakfast because I was late for work. For lunch I had a big salad with lots of veggies and olives and egg, no dressing. For dinner I had a bbq pork sparerib(only 4oz), a salad with fat free ranch, and some pasta stuff with a little sauce(only a 1 cup serving for the pasta w/ sauce), for a snack I had a fat free yogurt and a white tea thing from Snapple(it has 120 calories in it.) Other than that, I drank water and tea all day. I rode 8 and a half miles(30 minutes) on my cycle machine. I know I could probably do better and tomorrow I will eat breakfast. How did I do today?

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 130 - I told my overweight friend today that I lost 30 pounds and my jeans are 3 sizes to big for me. I thought she would be happy, but she just got mad at me and said that she wished she had that problem. I felt bad for her and her problems, but then she went to go get ice cream after complaining about her weight for an hour...so i didnt feel so bad after awhile..
